Pros:

clean and tidy room great location

Cons:

wrong order for dinner was brought out , was replaced but my friend then had to eat on there own .same happened at breakfast with my friends omelette coming out after we had eaten our full english .

Cons:

Room didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly prior to my arrival, there were used contact lenses on the floor and some type of sellotape. Also there was no air con in the room just a fan which was insufficient in the stifling heat.

Absolutely amazingly comfy rooms

I can’t fault the room or the staff here they’re great , lovely comfy room

Cons:

This specific night there was a person in the room next door sounded like they were letting a child bounce laps of the bloody room most of the night they were in and out the door slamming banging and making it very unpleasant! at one point I did have to shout through the wall telling them to shut up but had zero effect .

Clean room, clean bedding, clean bathroom, nice and quiet, beautiful surroundings, hotel buildings clean and well kept

Good value stay at comfy hotel.
Pros:

Room and bathroom were clean. Plenty of free parking space close to the property. Staff friendly and helpful. Location close to M42 for easy access, and handy for Redditch town centre.
Stayed on very hot day and fan in room was very welcome. No aircon, but few hotels in this country have this luxury.
Didn't stay for breakfast on this occasion, but I know from past experience that it's usually ok, including cereals, cooked breakfast and toast etc., overall reasonably tasty.
Have stayed here several times before and will continue to do so.

Dirty Carpet, Poor Service, Good Breakfast
Pros:

This place is terrible. The carpet smells as if it has never been cleaned. I accidentally paid for an extra child, and the staff made no effort to help, simply saying that their system showed one child. The only redeeming features were the restaurant staff and the breakfast, both of which were excellent. Unless you're desperately trying to save every penny, I would not recommend staying here.
