Good affordable accommodation
Pros:

No fuss. Good check in. Clean. Good location close to all shops.

Cons:

Open bait boxes in communal areas which were open exposing the poison

The location was good

Cons:

The room need a good lick of paint all the walls were dirty the material on the side of the bed was all ripped. The chair at the desk the one section of the curtain rail was balancing on the brackets so couldn't close them. The reception is very poorly located you park your car go to walk into ware the rooms are and you can't get in so you then have to carry all your stuff all the way threw the pub to a small desk to sign in then all the way back threw the pub again to get to ware the rooms are located. It was definitely not worth the money. And I won't be staying there again we visit Llanelli once a month as we have family there. So will be looking for somewhere else to stay next time.

Cheap place to stay
Pros:

It was a cheap place to stay and everything reflected this, so no real complaints based on the cost.
Breakfast was ok as it was included.
Staff are excellent.

Fine as a place to sleep for a short stay, but let down by noise and poor upkeep.

The fire doors near my room need slow closers so they don't bang with people coming and going at night.

Cheap, but a bit neglected
Pros:

Food was good, room was clean. Plenty of car parking. Bathroom was clean.

Cons:

Bed was 2 singles desiged to be zipped together, they weren't zipped!...just pushed together.
The whole place has an air of neglect. Marks on the bedroom walls, coat of paint needed. Rotting window frames. Outside doors rusty, outside of accomodation block needs painting
