Staff are friendly and helpful, always available to assist.

Cons:

Beer is a bit on the expensive side but that is Marston's full stop anywhere in the country. Happy hour was a good call though 👍

Excellent location with plenty of parking.
Pros:

Accessible room ground floor very clean, double bed option catered for and a very short walk across the car park to the bar/restaurant.
Hot water for coffee on the first morning was luke warm, but the second morning an excellent cup of coffee.
Breakfast made to order and fresh, staff were excellent.
Bar was reasonably well stocked for choice of drinks, but expensive compared to prices in the town centre.
Location on the main route from Swansea to Llanelli and Uber Taxis available within 6 - 8mins and under £6 into the town centre.

Cons:

Rooms are a little dates but extremely clean.
Only one member of staff on duty at breakfast time.
Price of drinks compared to town centre.

Clean and comfortable. Separate to the pub/restaurant where you can get a good meal. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Pros:

Great value for money. The room was very clean with comfy beds. The air-conditioning was great and a welcome bonus after a long day on the motorbike in 30-degree weather. The breakfast was tasty as well.

Air con didn't work and room needs work.
Pros:

Comfy bed. Convenient restaurant.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn't work in very hot weather. ( the member of staff on duty tried hard to fix it but couldn't).
The room needed some upgrading - looks tired - bathroom in particular.

Apart from the bed , excellent .
Pros:

Quiet room

Cons:

The fact that the " double bed " was 2 singles.put together. Myself and my partner didn't like the break in the mattress , double should mean double . No Gaps !!!
