Cons:

Rooms just shabby, beds uncomfortable, chairs had stains over them, didn’t feel clean at all, just not pleasant and wouldn’t stay again. Put me off any Marstons hotel for future

Wouldn’t go back here,staff were the best part

The staff were friendly

Cons:

Hotel room was not clean, very shabby, chairs had stains on them, no soap in bathroom or shower, rooms “ refreshed “ not cleaned which basically meant they dropped clean towels in.
My shower didn’t work first night.
