Overall the place is good. Just disappointed on the cleaning and the EV chargers.
Pros:

It had parking. The rooms were good.

Cons:

The so called EV chargers didn’t work. So you had to run a mile to charge the car. The cleaners changed towels. And clean the bathroom and did the bed.

Didn’t put any coffees or teas, neither did they clean the bins. So had to overflow on the rubbish. Disappointing. When you come to the hotel at 11pm it wastes time to then go to the bar/ reception area which is already closed to ask for these.

Lo yogurt sembra essere diventato un caso perché manca quasi sempre ai Marstons. Ciò che è sul menu deve esserci. I croissant spesso serviti appena decongelati

Friendly, comfortable and good value.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Room was spotless. Lunch was very good value. We would return if needed.

Cons:

We wish breakfast was available from 7am on the Saturday due to a family commitment at 8.30am as we had a 20/25 minute drive away.

Cons:

When I booked I sent a request to say my partner was disabled when we booked in we were put on the second floor no lift my when I told reception we were told the first floor was booked because people were staying ten nights so my partner struggled up the stairs and I had to carry his walking frame I told them I sent a request saying my partner was disabled and they did say they got it but still put us on the second floor because we were staying only five days so my partner struggled every day going up the stairs.

1 night stay.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the cooked breakfast was very good.

Cons:

There was a very loud, constant sound of gurgling water all night which maybe had something to do with the shower only being a dribble and the bed was very hard. The room was a little shabby and needed a freshen up.
