Disappointing, I expected more from Marston’s
Pros:

The air conditioning in the room was good and the bed was comfortable, albeit it was a little too near the wall on one side yet there was a great deal of space on the other side.

Cons:

The bathroom floor was rotten beneath the vinyl floor covering. This create an unpleasant smell, caused the floor to be uneven and if not dealt with it could be quite dangerous. The pictures are of the bathroom floor.
The pub next door was expensive and the food was very poor.

Nice accommodation but a bit expensive.
Pros:

The room and comfortable bed, also the air con worked perfectly in the 32c heat.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of apart from the price being too high for what you got.

Great location, staff, clean and so thankful for the air con
Pros:

Location for the coastal walk we wanted to do. Air con was amazing as are stay was during a heatwave. The people who worked there were polite and helpful and great knowledge of the area

Cons:

There isn’t anything I can comment on here - all was good

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Kurz- oder Minimalurlauber
Pros:

Wir haben B&B mir Frühstück gebucht und das war absolut okay - die Frühstückszeiten bis 10 Uhr sind top für Langschläfer.
Da das B&B an einen Pub/Restaurant angegliedert ist konnten wir dort auch andere Mahlzeiten/Getränke bekommen.
Es sind superviele Parkplätze (auch für E-Autos) vorhanden
Die Zimmer/Bad/WC sind okay und sauber

Cons:

Wie in vielen Restaurants / Pubs werden die Tische mit Sprühlösungen gereinigt - deshalb sind die Tische leicht klebrig
Das Essen war okay, aber eher Hausmannskost (viel Öl und fettig)
Die Zimmer sind minimalistisch eingerichtet (Tischchen/Stühle/Schrank fehlten)
Bad/WC ist okay, da aber nur eine Badewanne installiert ist und die Duschvorrichtung fixiert ist, ist das Duschen ein bischen problematisch

Breakfast.

Cons:

Litter outside the accomodation. Bin spilling over with litter. Had to reprort this both days. Bath plug broken. No liquid soap in either bath or basin. Had to call 9n house keeping to rectify. Disappointed stay.

After having a pretty mediocre carvery, we decided to drive home and not stay the night.
Pros:

Room was clean and air conditioned

Cons:

Very noisy,both in the pub and in the . We were unable to regulate the air conditioning.

Pros:

We received a courtesy call informing us of the unavailability of a room, which was preferable to discovering this upon arrival.

Cons:

I got a call on the way there saying it was full and no rooms were available because a guest didn't check out. I guess I had to drive back to Cardiff to get a room since there were no rooms available at that price, maybe because of bank holidays. This totally changed my perspective on hotel booking. And based on the conversation, it's normal for them, but not for me. I had to drive for 2 hours back and forth the next day for a small room and paid more. Totally unfair.
