Zeer slechte service – voor ons nooit meer Van der Valk

Wij zijn van 13 augustus tot en met 16 augustus te gast geweest in Van der Valk. Helaas is onze ervaring erg teleurstellend geweest.

Vanaf het begin werkte een aantal stopcontacten in onze kamer niet. We hebben dit meerdere keren gemeld bij verschillende medewerkers, maar er werd helaas niets aan gedaan.

Op een gegeven moment werd ons gezegd dat er iemand naar onze kamer zou komen om het probleem te bekijken. Ik vroeg hoelang dit zou duren, omdat wij op het punt stonden om weg te gaan. Er werd aangegeven dat dit ongeveer 5 minuten zou duren. We hebben vervolgens ruim 20 minuten gewacht, maar er kwam niemand.

Daarna zijn we opnieuw naar beneden gegaan om te melden dat er nog steeds niemand was geweest. Er werd een briefje bij de stopcontacten achtergelaten voor de technische dienst. Toen wij die avond terugkwamen, was er nog steeds niemand geweest en was het probleem niet opgelost.

Bij de receptie kregen we uiteindelijk te horen dat er op dat moment geen technische dienst aanwezig was. Dit had naar mijn mening veel eerder en duidelijker gecommuniceerd moeten worden.

Wat mij vooral tegenviel, was dat we meerdere keren iets hebben gemeld, maar ons niet serieus genomen voelden. Een probleem in een hotelkamer kan natuurlijk gebeuren, maar de manier waarop hiermee is omgegaan, vind ik echt niet klantvriendelijk.

Voor ons was dit helaas een zeer slechte ervaring. Wij komen hier niet meer terug.

Hotel ładny, położony ładnie, czysto, ale niestety hotel liczy sobie 25€ za pieska, a przyjazny zwierzęta nie jest. Poko

Było czysto, widok ładny, śniadanie pyszne i bardzo ładnie przygotowane :)

Podejście do zwierząt, basen ciągle zajęty przez aerobiki i zajęcia.

Dat een fles spa rood/blauw 10 euro kost!!! Terwijl het er weg komt!
Van de pot gerukt dat je dat vraagt. Voor ons is België maar ook Frankrijk en Nederland erg duur.

Très bon petit déjeuner: la préposée aux œufs (omelette et œuf sur le plat) au top.
Baignoire jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas mais service qualité réactif (par mail): nous garanti un sur classement lors de notre prochain séjour.

La literie est excellente, le personnel sympa,très agréable piscine.petit déjeuner super

Samedi soir nous avons bu un verre en terrasse et j’ etais assez surprise car il y avait ,papiers,serviettes souillées, feuilles par terre .dommage car l endroit est assez accueillant.
