Que le dimanche matin nous ne pouvons pas avoir accès a la piscine pour cause de l aquagym
Location is good. Rooms were ok.
People were not polite. Access card to door didn’t work. Parking garage smells like shit. The rooftop bar was closed. Ordered drinks at bar were not served. Tiles near pool were broken/ open (even dangerous). A lot to learn on hospitality.
Not at a level of vandervalk that I excpect.

C’est tout simplement honteux de faire payer le parking aux personnes qui viennent dormir dans l’hôtel.
Que celles et ceux qui viennent boire un verre payent, pas de problème, mais pas pour ceux qui dorment. Je ne vois pas comment nous aurions pu venir autrement avec nos valises vu l’endroit.
Signaler les cours qui se passent à la piscine. Nous nous serions organisés différemment si nous avions su.
