Was a lovely location with great facilities available. Front end staff were very welcoming, polite and friendly.
Small things make the difference. My room wasn't made up until after I asked on the first day (around 4pm) and I was made to feel like it was an inconvenience. Didn't appreciate not having shampoo after the first day, or bodywash three days later. After the second day I asked for the shampoo, where they just gave me a bottle rather than fit it in, I then had to ask for bodywash the next day. I didn't receive the sweets for the first two days.
