Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Man ist Nahe an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Gutes Frühstück, nette Mitarbeiter. Parkplatz war vorhanden.

Cons:

Leider hatte die Bar nicht geöffnet. Man konnte aber auf das Nachbarhotel ausweichen.

Das Hotel an sich ist nicht schlecht und das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Leider hat der Umgang mit den Gästen an der Rezeption unseren Aufenthalt sehr negativ überschattet.
Heute Morgen beim Check-out mussten wir lediglich unsere Schlüssel abgeben. Trotzdem wurden wir von der Mitarbeiterin Stefanie etwa 20 Minuten warten gelassen und mussten uns in die Schlange stellen, obwohl sie zuvor bei anderen Gästen die Schlüssel einfach entgegengenommen hatte. Für uns war überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar, warum das bei uns nicht möglich war.
Leider empfanden wir Stefanies Verhalten als sehr unfreundlich und wenig gastorientiert. Kein Lächeln, kein freundliches Wort man hatte eher das Gefühl, unerwünscht zu sein. Gerade beim Abschied von einem Hotel erwartet man einen freundlichen und respektvollen Umgang. Stattdessen blieb bei uns ein sehr unangenehmes Gefühl zurück fast so, als hätten wir kostenlos dort übernachtet.

Schade, denn ein einziger Mitarbeiter kann tatsächlich den gesamten Eindruck eines Hotels beeinträchtigen. Und genau das ist hier leider passiert.

Ob wir dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen würden, können wir daher nicht eindeutig sagen. Das Hotel selbst und das Frühstück waren in Ordnung, aber aufgrund dieser Erfahrung mit der Mitarbeiterin Stefanie würden wir persönlich dort nicht noch einmal übernachten.
Sehr schade, dass ein ansonsten guter Aufenthalt auf diese Weise enden musste.

A disappointing stay overall with the problems encountered. Room not ready, parking and extra costs incurred.

Clean and staff friendly

Cons:

Parking was overpriced and no control over it so even after paying not guaranteed a space. Parking areas were small and drive into car park was very tight anything bigger than a small suv would struggle.

Pros:

Dobrze dostępny parking, czysty obiekt i obfite śniadania. Wysoka kultura osobista personelu, myślę że cena jak za tą lokalizację była bardzo dobra.

Cons:

Niestety było sporo braków, pod łóżkiem i pod meblami w ogóle nie było sprzątane, kubek w jednym z pokoi był brudny. Dodatkowo ktoś o 6 rano z recepcji dzwonił i pytał o zaparkowany samochód, niestety pobudka nie była przyjemna....

Sehr gute Lage, für 3 Nächte gut mit Verbesserungspotential
Pros:

Die freundliche Bedienung des Personals ist hervorzuheben. Alle waren sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, vorallem bei Nutzung des ÖPNV. Selbst zu Fuß ist man in 20 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Klimaanlage und Lärmschutz (Fenster) sind sehr gut. Betten waren gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten 3 Nächte im Hotel. Reinigung erfolgte nur auf Nachfrage. Das Sofa im Zimmer war durchgesessen und der Teppichboden sehr abgenutzt.
Der Abstand der linken Seite des Bettes zur Wand ist sehr schmal. Das Frühstück ist reichlich aber die Qualität der Backwaren hat viel Luft nach oben.
