Pros:

Es konnte unkompliziert eingecheckt werden. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstücksbufett ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr positiv war auch, das wir draussen frühstücken konnten. Angenehm überascht war ich auch von den Pflegeprodukten (Lotion und Haarspülung) sowie vom Bügelbrett.

Das Hotel war sehr ansprechend

Cons:

Wir wurden erst einmal nett Empfangen dann haben wir unseren Pkw geparkt und wurden dann von einem älteren Herren sehr mies und unsymmetrisch in Empfang genommen, durch eine 100% Schwerbehinderung habe ich nicht gleich so schnell gehandelt, wie wohl erwünscht da verdrehte er sogar seine Augen und wurde noch Ungeduldig uns gegenüber.
Kein Hotel für Kranke Menschen, da ist wohl nur Hippes Junges Publikum erwünscht, unglaublich 😡Die Umgebung, konnten nur schlecht Schlafen war sehr laut draußen und nur das eine kleine Fenster machte das Zimmer sehr dunkel und stickend heiß.

The rooms are very clean, the staff are very helpful and nice and the property is right in front of a tram station, which makes getting around Munich much easier

When you call reception, they never answer, and the breakfast quality is average.
