Pros:

Frühstück gut - Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Fernsehempfang Katastrophe - kein Programm ohne Störung - selbst nach angeblicher Behebung des Fehlers !
Rechnung konnte bei Abreise nicht erstellt werden - nach 2maliger telefonischer Nachfrage dann 4 Tage später erhalten

L'emplacement correspondait à mon besoin.

Cons:

La chambre avait la fenêtre ouverte par 13 degré et on ne peut pas la fermer nous même donc il a fallut attendre 30 mn que quelqu'un vienne le faire.
Le supplément de 50 chf pour le chien pour une nuit alors qu'il n'y a aucune attention et comparé aux 130 chf de la chambre, cela semble excessif!

Все чисто, комфортно. Чудовий вигляд на захід сонця. Все б було супер якби не одна ситуація.

Cons:

Проїхавши 1000км, втомлені лягли спати. Прокидаємося від того що в нашому номері інші люди, просто так зайшли, помилилися номером. Коли я пішла на рецепцію говорити то жінка, яка там стояла, була чимось дуже зайнята, не могла приділити нам часу, що трохи мене шокувало. Вона і щось робила в комп'ютері і слухала мене. Лише з 3 чи 4 разу вона зрозуміла, що в ночі до нас в номер зайшли інші гості. Нажаль, так ніхто не вибачився. Мабуть це нормально для цього готелю.

The Hotel is at good location away from rush and tourist places if you want good sleep. Supermarket near by, restaurants options available.

Cons:

Their ACs are not working properly. Saw many customers complaints. They say due to hot weather but it's not due to weather as we have been on other hotels as well. Parking is expensive compare to other locations. I was told to pay parking per hour on street. however last day I came to know they had parking on chargeable basis

Cons:

Der Service war nicht so gut. Man hat uns zweimal vertröstet, dass die Zimmer zum Check in gleich fertig wären, das hat allerdings ewig gedauert. Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich, dass für die Wartezeit ein Wasser oder Kaffee angeboten wird. Dies sollte man dann aber wohl in dem Raum neben der Rezeption käuflich erwerben. Aus diesem Grund gab es wohl auch keinen Tee oder Kaffee auf dem Zimmer, da man auch dies käuflich erwerben sollte…
Die Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden. Es gab nur eine Klimaanlage, die war okay.
Das Bett hat sehr gequietscht.

Einmal und nicht wieder. Das ist kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passen überhaupt nicht.
Cons:

Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht und zwar laut Aussage des Personals, grundsätzlich nicht!
Im Frühstücksraum bildete sich mehrmals ein Schlange von 10 Personen am Kaffeeautomaten, da es nur einen Automaten gab.
Im Doppelzimmer gab es nur einen Stuhl.
Der Teppichboden im Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und völlig unansehnlich.
