Δεν υπαρχει εστιατοριο κ χωρος πρωινου προγευματιζεις στο πεζοδρόμιο. Ο χωρος παρκινγκ ειναι υπαιθριος, ανηκει σε ιδιωτη, για τονεπισκέπτη που δεν γνωριζει την πολη δεν υπαρχει σωστη σημανση για να οδηγει στο παρκινγκ και είναι εφιάλτηςημερα με κινηση στο δρόμο

ארוחת בוקר בבית קפה מתחת למלון, אין צורך ברכב המלון נמצא במרחק של דקות ספורות מהמרכז.

Pros:

המלון במיקום מרכזי ונוח עם חניה קרובה, הצוות היה אדיב מאוד ואף שודרגנו לחדר יותר מרווח, החדר מעוצב יפה, ארוחת בוקר טובה.

Cons:

החניה לא שייכת למלון ובעלות של 6 יורו ליום, הוילון היה שבור/קרוע בחלון הזזה ליציאה למרפסת.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Hotel Metaxa is excellent. We stayed there twice: once on the way from the airport and again at the end, on the way to the airport. During our last stay, we received a room upgrade, which was a very pleasant surprise. Both rooms we stayed in were excellent—spacious and clean, with incredibly comfortable beds. There were three of us, yet we didn't feel cramped. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the harbor. The fantastic city center is just around the corner. We regretted not spending more time exploring Heraklion. The hotel staff is extremely friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. Heraklion impressed us so much that we will definitely return, and we will stay at your hotel again.
