Pros:

Clean, spacious , the staffs are very helpful

Cons:

Next to the un-finished building, the elevators are super slow and they only 3 of them, you have to wait a long time to go up or down

While the apartment has some positives, I personally would not consider it a luxury property.
Pros:

* The view from the unit was amazing.
* Beautiful sunset
* Large balcony
* The apartment was spacious and had great vanities.
* The host was very responsive and quick to answer questions.
* The host was friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with.

Cons:

* The building has only three elevators, and during busy hours the wait can be around 15 minutes.
* The gym and pool require an additional fee and, in my opinion, are not worth the extra cost.
* The gym has very limited equipment.
* The unit was quite worn and not well maintained.
* There was no TV in the living room during my stay.
* The property was not cleaned thoroughly before check-in and during the stay.
* The listing photos did not accurately represent the unit I stayed in. Several images appeared to be marketing renderings or of different units rather than the actual apartment I was assigned.

Its was ok , but the location is not great for the front view beach

Quá thất vọng. Không có phòng cho khách booking, huỷ 1 cách vô trách nhiệm
Cons:

Đặt phòng trên booking từ tháng 3 mà đến 30/6 chủ nhà lại nhắn tin báo huỷ do lỗi của booking làm mình không tìm được phòng khác, phải đi rất xa, giá rất đắt thì mới tìm được phòng, và không xem được pháo hoa

整體而言很舒適。
Pros:

洗衣機烘衣機對我們非常有幫助，床舒適乾淨，和four point sheraton 同一楝大樓，下單grab 很方便定位，屋主友善但不過度打擾，很棒的住宿經驗。
