Bed location, normal property and very very busy elevator.

Cons:

It takes forever to wait for the elevator. I saw more than one group of people in the end have chosen walking instead to go downstairs from th 26th floor! The location is also not good. After crossing the road with busy traffic with no protection, you need to walk more than 15 minutes for entering the beach save for swimming, not including the long waiting for the elevator. Also far from restaurants

The only downside was the location. There weren't many massage spas or grocery stores nearby, and the area was surrounded by buildings under construction. If the hotel had been a few blocks farther south, it would have been much more convenient.
Another issue was the elevators. We often had to wait several minutes for an elevator, which was quite inconvenient, especially during busy times.

Cons:

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment was spacious, the ocean views were beautiful, the pool was nice, and the beds were very comfortable. Despite the location and elevator issues, we enjoyed our time and would consider staying here again. A little more attention to cleanliness would have made our stay even better.

We liked everything about the apartment and had a fantastic stay here.. the guy who met us was lovely and very helpfull. We would stay here again

Le propriétaire a annulé la réservation pour le seul motif que je lui ai précisé que je me réservais le droit de ne pas séjourner dans cet appartement s'il advenait que les photos n'étaient en realité pas conformes à la réalité observée sur place.

Big room and convenient location
Pros:

5 mins walk to reach the beach. two restrooms and two bathrooms. big beds and area. 247 convenient store in the same building. Responsible host helped us to store the luggage on the check out date. A LARGE bottle of water is provided.

A bit humid. the bedsheet is aged.
