The hotel was beautiful and well cared for. Everything was immaculate and clean. You can tell they take great pride in their hotel.
The staff were beyond helpful. They helped us with bus passes, served us delicious breakfast, and gave recommendations for restaurants and the area. They even had a shoe horn in our room to help put on our hiking boots!
I was expecting air conditioning. However, sleeping with the windows open helped with cool night air.

An incredibly charming family-run hotel. This was a great base for my walking holiday, within easy walking distance of the main bus stop and several restaurants. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The whole place is extremely well kept, spotless rooms and lovely traditional decor. There is a nice garden area and self service bar for relaxing after a long day's activities. Breakfast was decent.
Nothing. I was a little worried about the lack of air conditioning, by my room was shaded and was reasonably cool at night.

We had a beautiful stay at Hotel Concordia. The owners, Herbert and Veronica, are such lovely and welcoming people. They made the stay feel homely and nothing was too much trouble for them. They even had their staff do our laundry completely free of charge. The property itself is immaculate, charming, and peaceful. The breakfast is a real highlight - along with the stunning views from our balcony. We couldn’t recommend staying here more highly. Location is great, elevated a short walk uphill from the Selva bus stop. Connections to either direction of the Dolomites was great.

The place is run by an incredibly sweet husband and wife who made our stay so enjoyable. Breakfast is beautiful and the property itself was lovely. A great location, short free bus to Ortesai and all other nearby towns and our car got us around to all other spots worth seeing.

Wspaniały hotel, wspaniali właściciele. Wszystko nam pasowało, wielkość pokoju, styl i wystrój, lokalizacja, świetne śniadania i naprawdę wyjątkowa opieka właścicieli. Byliśmy tu po raz pierwszy w lipcu, ale wracamy zimą. Cudowne miejsce.

The staff of this family owned and run hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful in every way. Herbert was always available and went out of his way to help me with all my needs and questions. His wife and his daughter were equally helpful and friendly.
I felt this property had no negatives.
We loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Selva. This is a traditional family run hotel and you will get a very friendly Tyrol welcome. The hotel will be exactly as you would expect. The owner Herbert and his family will do what ever they can to make your stay a good one. Talk to Herbert as he has great tips to avoid all the tourist traps. Breakfast is great and we would recommend the pizza restaurants next door for dinner. Enjoy 😃.
It does not have “everything” but the welcome, location and the view make it perfect. So I have no negatives.
