Perfect stay
Pros:

Perfect place for a few days city break. Great location, good breakfast, very comfortable beds, spacious, clean and tidy.
And Enver is a great host - always helpful.
The next time we visit Istanbul, we will book it again.

We see a lot of wonderful hospitality in this place, we loved it very much.
Pros:

This place had everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, very spacious, clean room. The host Enver was very kind, helpful, thoughtful person as everyone mentioned. The location was very convenient, easy access to metro or airport shuttle bus, so close to Taksim Square. We had a wonderful stay there for five nights, we would definitely come back when we get a chance to visit Istanbul.

A very good place
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Taksim Square, with everything you need nearby. The room is also very spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped with basic utensils. There’s even a washing machine, which was especially helpful for our family during a long trip! It’s an excellent hotel with amazing value for money. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The bathroom faucet had some issues and couldn’t be fixed securely in place no matter what we tried. Hopefully this can be resolved.

Pros:

Отдыхали в этих апартаментах неоднократно — и всегда только отличные впечатления.
Апартаменты находятся в центре города: до площади Таксим и улицы Истикляль можно дойти за 10–15 минут. 15 минут — остановка автобуса до аэропорта Стамбула, что очень удобно.

Номер просторный, есть полностью оборудованная кухня со всей необходимой посудой. Приятный бонус — запас питьевой воды. Ежедневная уборка и смена полотенец — очень радует. Завтраки достаточно разнообразные.

Отдельно хочется отметить хозяев: они всегда на связи, очень любезны и готовы помочь — могут организовать трансфер в аэропорт. Очень рекомендуем!»

Very good place where you can stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Taksim House Suites Hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They even lent us a scale and regularly checked if everything was going well during our stay, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The apartment was cleaned every day by the housekeeping staff, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was also very good and satisfying.

I highly recommend this place!

Pros:

El trato del anfitrión era excelente, estuvo muy pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta, nos asesoró en todo, sin duda volveremos , todo estaba muy limpio y en perfectas condiciones, la ubicación fue muy buena, estaba cerca de todo, principalmente del metro, y el sector es muy turístico, taksim a pesar de ser un sector con una vida nocturna muy concurrida y turística, no se escucha ruido en el alojamiento, tiene buena insonorización, sin duda lo recomiendo

Enver was an exceptional owner. He was very attentive and helpful. The apartment was very close to Taksim Square. Ideal to take the public transport. The price was very good (quality/price). I really recommend this place to stay.

Me decidí por este establecimiento porque tenía buenas reseñas que indicaban que en realidad existía y el pago se realizaba a la llegada (es muy arriesgado coger alojamientos privados en Turquía; ya tuve una mala experiencia en Rice hace dos años). Me puse en contacto con Enver previamente para avisar que llegaría de noche y estaba esperándonos delante de la puerta en la calle. Agradezco que nos recibiera y nos diera las instrucciones personalmente, pues me gusta conocer a mis anfitriones ¡Lástima que en Europa cada vez haya menos contacto humano; te dejan la llave en la cajita y las indicaciones por whatsapp! El apartamento es amplio, cómodo, limpio, luminoso, acogedor y la ubicación inmejorable.

Cons:

El ruido en la calle, pero si uno quiere estar en Taksim, que es el centro neurálgico del país, tiene que estar dispuesto a soportarlo. Le recomendé a Enver al salir cuchillos afilados que en realidad cortaran. No le había dicho nada porque yo me llevo los míos propios cuando salgo de viaje y me respondió que estaban así a propósito para evitar accidentes debido a malas experiencias en el pasado.

Pros:

У апартаментов хорошее расположение, по соседству есть все необходимое - остановки, магазины, обменники. До улицы Исикляль 5 минут хода. Внутри хороший ремонт, есть отопление, посуда и что немаловажно - хорошая шумоизоляция. Енвер, очень гостеприимный хозяин с хорошим уровнем английского, всегда готов был помочь. Хорошие большие кровати, качественное постельное белье. Ежедневная уборка!
Завтрак в отеле по соседству. Завтрак однообразный, но вполне съедобный. При такой стоимости проживания, очень даже неплохо.

Cons:

Немного "уставший" диван в гостиной зоне.
