Great place
Pros:

A charming hotel in a great location near the harbour. The staff were warm, friendly, and always happy to help, striking the perfect balance between attentive service and a relaxed environment. The food was absolutely outstanding and a real highlight of my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Highly recommend. My family was happy to stay in this hotel.
Pros:

We, a family of 2+2, stayed in the biggest room. Beds were were comfortable. Clean and quite. All necessities available and of high quality. Breakfast was delicious and extraordinary, more like in 4+ star hotel. I would for sure come back.

Very nice rooms, lovely staff
Pros:

The rooms are very nice, the staff was very polite, there is unlimited coffee and water at all times. The food was also very good in the restaurant, totally recommend it.

Dezamăgire totală – ceea ce am primit nu a corespuns cu ceea ce am rezervat

Am rezervat și achitat în avans o Suită superioară, bazându-ne inclusiv pe fotografiile și descrierea prezentate pe Booking. La sosire însă, am primit camera 13, amenajată într-un pod transformat în mansardă, care nu semăna cu camera prezentată în fotografiile aferente Suitei superioare.
Accesul la cameră se făcea pe niște scări de lemn foarte incomode și dificil de urcat cu bagajele. Mai mult, în zona scărilor, căldura emanată de aparatele de aer condiționat era atât de puternică încât aveai efectiv senzația că îți arde pielea de pe picioare.
Camera în sine a fost o mare dezamăgire. Podeaua din lemn se simțea atât de instabilă încât, atunci când mergeai prin cameră, aveai permanent impresia că se va rupe. Acoperișul trosnea puternic dimineața, când începea să se încălzească de la soare, și din nou seara, când se răcea. Baia era, de asemenea, foarte incomodă.
Un aspect foarte important este că nu am identificat camera 13 nici în descrierea de pe Booking și nici în mesajele primite anterior de la proprietate. Voi atașa fotografii cu ceea ce am primit, pentru ca fiecare să poată compara cu imaginile de prezentare ale Suitei superioare și să tragă propria concluzie.
Din fotografiile de prezentare ale Suitei superioare se creează și impresia existenței unui balcon sau a unei terase. Camera noastră nu avea așa ceva. Am avut doar un geam care nici măcar nu se deschidea complet.
De asemenea, în descriere este menționată cafetieră/aparat de cafea, însă în cameră era doar un fierbător, două plicuri de ceai și două de zahăr. Pentru o cafea trebuia să cobori la bar. Ciocolata găsită în cameră era râncedă.
Am semnalat personalului faptul că nu considerăm normal să rezervăm și să achităm în avans un anumit tip de cameră, iar la sosire să primim ceva atât de diferit. În urma discuției, ni s-au restituit 400 de lei, lucru pe care îl menționez pentru corectitudine și pe care l-am apreciat.

Cea mai buna solutie in Turnu-Severin
Pros:

Excelent locat daca esti cu masina si foarte bine daca esti pe jos, e la 10-12 minute de centru. Spatios in camera, bine utilat, mereu curat, pat confortabil, la fel si canapeaua extensibila. Restaurant de top, personal super amabil. In 3 zile am plecat la 6 dimineata, am avut pachet cu mic sejun lasat in frigider in lobby.

Cons:

Desi mereu gasesti parcare, nu este neaparat in fata hotelului, uneori mergi cativa metri pe strazile din jur. Pe de alta parte, masina a fost in siguranta si acolo.
