Comfortable roomy stay in Tokyo
Pros:

Little, if at all to complain about. All as described & depicted in the pictures.

Pass code for room entry suited the group quite well, and the suite had all the facilities we needed bar a dedicated clothes dryer (shower room setting sufficed however)

All staff were very accommodating & helped with our luggage as well as other questions.

A warm welcome and clean, lovely accommodation as well as a great location.
Pros:

The staff were lovely - welcoming and helpful. The shower was great and also the clothes washing and drying facilities were very handy. We loved the location in the heart of a residential area with little temples tucked away. There were plenty of towels and toiletries and free coffee every morning in the lobby was a nice touch. Loved the balcony and view of the Skytree.

Cons:

Maybe another pillow would have been great. The kitchen is limited although you can rent most things you need but honestly has everything you need if you mainly eat out.

Great location for Asakusa, the river and Water Bus Station and Skytree and close to Minowa Station so was great for us but if you want to be close to Shinbuya and Shinjuku etc. then it's a bit of a journey on the metro.

Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable. J'ai reçu leur aide pour les déplacements dans la ville, les taxis, le transfert des bagages.
L'hôtel est extrêmement propre et les équipements largement suffisant.
Au calme mais facilement accessible en métro (5 minutes de marche).
Je recommande vivement

Good room size but not so near the train station
Pros:

The room was clean and there was a clothes drying feature in the shower room. which dry apparels in 5 hours

Cons:

The room I booked was supposed to come with balcony as stated in the plan and not terrace. However, we were assigned to the room on the first floor with no balcony access. We were looking forward to the balcony as we needed extra breathing space. Thus, this was very disappointing.

Muy confortable
Pros:

Es un apartahotel muy acogedor y espacioso, con su pequeña cocina y mesita para comer, balcón con vistas y lavadora secadora muy cuco y cerca del metro, personal es genial

Quartier calme chambre parfaite
Pros:

Appartement dans un hôtel avec réception ouverte 24/24 idéale pour faire livrer les bagages. Chambres très spacieuse pour Tokyo. Personnels très sympathiques et disponible parlant bien anglais. Petit plus café gratuit le matin petites friandises dans la chambre. Konbini et restaurant à côté ! Pas loin des stations de métro. Je recommande vivement !
