nice stay, great staff (Daniela was superb)
Pros:

the pool was very nice, big enough for a good refreshment. The property was pretty clean. Daniela (hostess) was great

Cons:

A few sunbeds extra might be good in busy periods, because there are always people (unfortunately) who put the towel on the sunbeds in the morning and then leave it there all day.
The wifi was bad. Since 4g/5g in that area is horrible too, a stable and strong Wifi would be nice

Ideal Tuscany retreat.
Pros:

Amazing host, everything was perfect. Enjoyed the complimentary wine, coffee etc. Air conditioning extremely quiet and efficient. Great location. The restaurant near by served fabulous food, even for vegetarians. Great pool and surroundings.

Cons:

The view from the infinity pool is a hedge :)

Pros:

La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile con strada asfaltata ma allo stesso tempo è in una zona tranquillissima in cui regnano il silenzio e la pace. Gli appartamenti sono pulitissimi e perfettamente equipaggiati, nonché climatizzati ma comunque tengono perfettamente la temperatura più fresca. Materasso e cuscino sono comodissimi (che sono una rarità da trovare in vacanza). Un grande plus il posto auto coperto e la vicinanza al ristorante se non si ha voglia di cucinare o di prendere l’auto.

Fabulous location for exploring Tuscany in a beautiful property.
Pros:

A fabulous apartment, with everything we could need. Lovely decor and all the modern amenities. Lots of space and a lovely outside dining area. The pool was beautiful and the host was very friendly and helpful. The property was really well positioned for us to explore the whole area and the restaurant next door was amazing! We would highly recommend.

Pros:

Lovely apartment, very clean, kitchen well equipped. Provided a cot and a very good high chair. They have a laundry room which was useful with baby. Pool area was really nice, appreciated the shaded area in the heat. Terrace was nice to sit out in the evening.
Would advise bringing bug spray.

Only 10 mins from Montepulciano centre.

Cons:

€8 for a pool towel seems a bit expensive.

Great apartment in lovely villa complex, wonderful on site restaurant just 10 minutes drive to Montepulciano
Pros:

Lovely apartment set in villa complex, short drive from Montepulciano. Our two bed villa was very nicely designed with great bathrooms. We had an upper apartment do our outside patio was quite small and had no real privacy from our neighbours. However the lower apartments had more space so there is definitely choice if you prefer some privacy for your aperitivo. The onsite restaurant is amazing, we ate there twice during our four night stay and enjoyed both the food and the welcome from all the staff onsite.

Cons:

Just the patio, if it had been a little bigger and more private I would have given the property a 10 out of 10.

Pros:

Tutto! Tutto veramente al di sopra delle aspettative. Posizione bellissima, struttura accogliente, pulitissima e confortevole, staff gentile e disponibile. Vorremmo tornare in inverno!
