Oberflächlich sauber aber Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen, WC-Sitz defekt und WC-Bürste eklig. Frühstück wenig Auswahl und um 815 Uhr kein Baguette mehr da, Joghurt um 830 Uhr leer, u.s.w., Kaffee schmeckt auch nicht.

Had a double room to myself, very comfortable, and the staff who did the cleaning were very quick and efficient. Staff on the desk on the occasions I spoke to them were really nice and helpful. Open 24/7 which meant it was possible to go down to the sanctuary pretty late. My room also had a bath in the en suite, which was fantastic. Amazing view out towards the mountains as well. Only a few minutes to the sanctuary on foot. There was a reasonable range of things on offer for breakfast. Lack of aircon easily solved by opening the windows, which kept everything nice and fresh.

Cons:

Didn't realise there weren't going to be toiletries in the bathroom - also would have preferred not to come back to the room when it was over 30 degrees outside only to discover it was even hotter in because the radiator was on full blast on the highest heat!

Muy raro porque no avía nadie que entendiera ni que ablara español en todos los hoteles que he ido siempre hay algún trabajador a la o entiende el español

Pros:

Personnel très pro et très agréable. Hôtel très bien situé et confortable. Petit déjeuner excellent. Garage couvert et parking à disposition sur demande.

Cons:

Le seul bémol pas de climatisation dans les chambres, l’hiver pas de problème mais l’été (surtout cette année) la Clim serait un vrai plus !

Pour un hôtel 4* ce n'était pas fameux, pas de climatisation, même le petit déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur de ce qu'on peut attendre d'un 4*. Il était pareil à ceux servis dans les hôtels de chaine. Déplorable.
