Pilgrimage to Lourdes
Pros:

Very close to the Sanctuary. Clean and mostly friendly staff. Great self serve breakfast.

Cons:

A/C did not work, and at one point the lift button on 8th floor stopped working.
Very strict about 3pm check-in with no secure storage for cases.
Ideally you need good mobility to access the hotel as there are a few slopes to tackle

Eigentlich nur die Lage. Das 4*Hotel ist eine Witz! Und das Frühstücke ist so schlecht wie wir noch nie erlebt haben. Das soll ein 4* Hotel sein ? Unfassbar schlecht. Wer Bucht, sie sind gewarnt!

Bien si estas de paso
Pros:

El hotel está a pocos minutos de la catedral de Lourdes .
Ubicacion perfecta.
Tiene parking gratuito un poco más arriba de la ubicación del hotel.
Desayuno gratis con el precio.
Las camas muy cómodas y muy limpio.

Cons:

No habia articulos de aseo aunque en la descripcion de la habitacion ponia que si habia.
La calor que hacia en la habitacion. No habia aire acondicionado y las ventanas estaban abiertas y aún asi no pasaba nada de aire.
Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas lo veo justito .

Location is a walking distance only to the sanctuary. We had very late arrival to the hotel , the guy who was in the reception is kind and very respectful.

Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas deja mucho que desear, ningún trabajador habla español, en el desayuno no están atentos y faltan cosas y pasa un buen rato hasta que reponen, para más inri hoy se han puesto a pelear las empleadas en medio del salón del desayuno ha tenido que ir la policia y la ambulancia 🫣🫣🫣
