Awful. Depressing. Soul destroying. Stressful. Dirty. Sad.

The location relative to the City and lakes.
Access to major highways.
Access to services (food, fuel, stores).

Cons:

I was woken by Police next door intervening with patrons. Then a dog attacked a policeman with the owner chasing the dog. Then there was a fight and screaming match between patrons. Then most people were in their pajamas and slip slops all day. The carpets are dirty. There are no utensils to use. The bathroom door was half kicked in. The floors were black with dirt. The toilet didn't flush. The fridge was chipped all over. The bedding was non-existent.
