This hotel is in terrible need of updating and repair. The furniture (couch, chair) in our room were dirty, cracked and peeling. Everything needed baseboards and trim , especially in the kitchen and bathroom to be replaced, recalled and painted. The info online says breakfast is included and all it was nothing but low quality plastic wrapped muffins and terrible coffee.
We didn't feel very safe, even though it wad located in a good area of town.

The smell in the room was unbearable smelled moldy or basement like… there were stains on the walls. I still tipped because I know how hard it is to clean rooms. Cleaning in general is hard work but i stayed because of the location. I’m not the type to complain but that’s what I’ve experienced

Front desk clerk was helpful, efficient, friendly and the only thing we liked. Location was close to highway . Clerk should get an award for working there.
Room was shabby. Very dirty windows, One Vinyl chair that was completely ripped up. The sheets and towels looked clean but I was not about to touch them as it all was run down. Vagrant looking people in elevators , though they were polite. Did not realize people lived there. No breakfast. No acceptable restaurant for breakfast etc. in area. We left for dinner with friends then left key on front desk as there was no staff around at 10 PM Had to move to a different hotel. Properpty was entirely misrepresented on web site.

It was dirty, not inviting. Smelled. Toothpaste on the shower certain, stained sheets, bed was uncomfortable, lots of rust and cobwebs.

Cleanliness and attempts to over charge an electronic card for a room that had already been paid for. Long story short. My room was paid for through booking at 274.00 but the hotel attempted to charge the electronic card from booking.com multiple times with an amount exceeding 325 (according to booking.com). With this we had to pay out of pocket for the room because staff claimed the card received from booking.com didn’t work. And at the moment, I’m still trying to get a refund for the first amount.
