Pros:

Goede locatie, heel dicht bij het station en een kwartiertje lopen naar het centrum.

Cons:

Wij hadden kamer 2, geen aantrekkelijk uitzicht. Men heeft een fotodoek gespannen om zo het oorspronkelijke uitzicht wat op te leuken.
Er bleek geen lift te zijn, maar dat staat wel op de site (had ik blijkbaar overheen gekezen). Het pand is een monument, lift schijnt niet te mogen.

Cons:

Wir waren in einem angeblich super Appartement mit eigenem Eingang untergebracht
Es stellte sich heraus das dies 200 Meter entfernt in einem Wohnhaus war
Es war sehr heiß an den Tagen
Wir konnten kein Fenster aufmachen
Die Klimaanlage war ein Raumbefeuchter es war wie in einer dampfsauna
Und unfassbar teuer dafür
Es sei denn man steht auf Dampfsauna während der Nacht

Pros:

A great overall experience by their friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was very good (highly recommended). The studio room was very comfortable and clean. Very close to the train station, shops, restaurants and bars. A great location in a very pleasant area. I would definitely return for another stay.

Cons:

The studio apartment is situated in a separate location apart from the hotel, a short 2 minute walk, (1 block towards the river/centre). I was not aware of this at the time of booking however, so this came unexpected. The only inconvenience is you have to walk back and forth to the hotel if you book a breakfast or dinner during your stay.

Das Personal war hervorragend, hilfsbereit und nett. Aufgrund des Lärms haben wir eine teilweise Rückerstattung und ein kostenloses Frühstück erhalten.

Cons:

Lärm aus der benachbarten Kaffeebar bis 2 Uhr. Und Hotel Preis ist etwas überteuert.
