Genoten van mooi Maastricht in een heel fijn hotel op een uitstekende locatie!
Pros:

Fijne ontvangst, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamer was klein, maar volledig compleet!

Cons:

We hadden een kameer op de derde verdieping, maar er is geen lift.

Een echte aanrader en we komen zeker terug! En dan blijven we langer!!!!
Pros:

Super Vriendelijk onthaal, lekkere lunch op het terras alsook het pre-concert diner alvorens naar André Rieu te gaan, ruim op tijd.
Wij verbleven in het luxe-appartement, we waren met 4 vriendinnen, ruime en kraaknette kamers en gezellig ingericht.
Het ontbijt werd bediend maar was voortreffelijk en ruim voldoende. Ook handig dat we onze bagage konden achterlaten op zaterdagmorgen na het uitchecken om nog even te gaan shoppen alvorens de trein huiswaarts te nemen. We bedanken iedereen die ons heeft bediend en/of aangesproken, iedereen was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De medezaakvoerder is zelfs naar ons appartement gekomen omdat de tv het niet deed. Wat een service!
Hartelijk dank Limburg ,wij komen zeker terug! Doortje, Marleen B, Nicole en ikzelf Marleen D.

L'hotel si trova nei pressi della stazione in una zona piuttosto vicina al centro (a piedi) e comunque in un bel quartiere. La struttura è accogliente e ospita anche un bar con cucina. La nostra camera era piccola ma confortevole, così come pure il bagno. Lo staff giovane e disponibile.

Cons:

La gestione della prima colazione senza self service è un po' problematica. Abbiamo atteso oltre mezz'ora per mangiare (era tutto buono), questo va calcolato (e corretto!) sprattutto per chi dovesse partire con aerei/treni

ontbijt: dat je kan aangeven wat je niet wil hebben bij je ontbijt mede ter voorkoming van weggooien.
Locatie: dicht bij het station en op het terras heb je zicht op een prachtige straat en waan je je in het buitenland.
personeel: super vriendelijk personeel. erg gastvrij.

Cons:

Dat je om 12 uur 's nachts niets meer kan drinken in de bar van het hotel. Maar ook wel weer begrijpelijk dat ze niet tot zo laat open zijn.

No magnifying mirror . Needs a dressing table with plugs nearby for ladies to do their hair and make up .

Fantastisch
Pros:

Mooi hotel super ligging en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt super en je kunt er eten en drinken

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets de trap was wel een pittige trip maar iszekers niet een reden om. Niet nog een keer terug te komen
