Passable
Pros:

The staff were very polite n helpful, the location was great, no noise at all, so slept well when it was time to sleep.

Cons:

When checked in, the room I was given had many things going on, water coming through from upstairs, my mattress was very uncomfortable, could feel the springs, so I had no sleep at all, did have a word with owners and they put me in a shared room with my mate

Cons:

I have been eaten alive by bed bugs, do not stay at this hotel. IV tryed to contact hotel and myroomz but no answer.

Pros:

Mangers were friendly

Cons:

Lack of accessibility and being moved rooms so I ended having to share a bedroom. Drains in bathroom stank

Disappointing
Pros:

The location is perfect and the staff were nice.

Cons:

The room smelt damp so we had to keep the wondow open. The smell got worse if we left the toilet lid open, smelt like stagnant water.
The other guests were also extremely loud, they were blasting music till around 5am. Myself and my children barely slept.

The location is good

Cons:

The staff being drunk and then argueing with each other about the issue i had presented them (Tv wouldent work at all) did not feel safe or comftable at all so found a lovely hotel just further along called the buttetfly and stayed there instead dont even this the owners knew we had left because as me and my son were leaving to the butterfly we could still hear them argueing over it

Location ✅ Quiet Night ✅ Value For Money ✅
Pros:

Amazing price for the light switch on. Lovely lady greeted is in a well stocked bar. Very friendly and immediately offered more towels after us being drenched the short 5 mins walk from North Station.

Cons:

No plug sockets at floor/bed level. No lamp. Very bright light.
