Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tbilisi and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The location is excellent—very close to the city center and within easy walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it extremely convenient.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming.

What impressed me the most was the staff. They were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until I checked out.

Pros:

Perfect location in a side street full downtown, very quiet a few meters from the busy part, in the old town and a few steps away from the metro allowing you to discover the less central parts of the city.

Huge room in a central location
Pros:

Great central location (tucked away 100m down a side street but taxi had no problem finding), ginormous room with a grand piano (which had 2 singles and a double but could have fitted 20 people and still seemed large) with great balcony. An amazing place.

Pros:

Отдыхали в огромном номере-студии с роялем и двумя балконами. Чисто, комфортно, уютно, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Очень удобное расположение для туриста

Cons:

Могут возникнуть трудности с парковкой, но это издержки исторического центра, вряд ли у кого-то в этом районе может быть по другому.

Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement situé en plein centre-ville, à seulement quelques minutes de la place de la Liberté. La station de métro se trouve à 5 minutes à pied, tout comme la vieille ville, ce qui permet de visiter facilement les principaux sites touristiques. Tout est à proximité.

Le gérant, Tato, est très gentil, et tout le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service.

La chambre était propre et confortable, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Mon séjour a été calme et très agréable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne souhaitant séjourner à Tbilissi.

Убрать красно/черное белье на всегда; выписать премию ТАто; стирать белье лучше, есть посторонний запах иногда.
Pros:

Прекрасное расположение. Вышел и все под рукой. Центральная улица, как наш Арбат, с кучей обменников, кафе и спаров. Очень хороший администратор Тато, который искренне рад помочь во всем. Помогает русским и говорит на русском. Девочки ночные администраторы тоже супер. Долго думала бронить этот отель или нет, тк пугали отзывы. Но оказалось все намного лучше, учитывая цена качество и 3 звезды!

Cons:

Ночной администратор с 24 на 25 июня 2026- мужчина, сначала не говорил на русском. А только на Английском. Хотя все дни с нами все в отеле говорили на русском. Когда утром 25.06.26 от включенного чайника у нас выбило пробки и отключилось электричество, и я об этом сказала на Английском, он сразу на русском заговорил и не хотел вообще помогать. Сказал ждите мастера и даже не хотел смотреть в чем проблема. Только и говорил я не могу, я не могу ничего делать ((( хотя мы хотели в номере попить чай и уехать в аэропорт. Так ничем и не помог, хотя это его обязанность. Хорошо у нас были родственники в другом номере, пошли у них чай пить перед самолетом. Номер полностью обесточило. Пришел позже Тато и всё починил.
