I enjoy the stay.
Pros:

The location is in a relatively quiet lane but the overall area is in the old and busy Tbilisi. The room is large with tasty furniture and a big balcony. Hosts are friendly.

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of old city and no need to use any kind of transportation because everywhere was near by walking.

Staff member Tato is very friendly and helpful.

The room has almost everything you need.

Cons:

The shower and sink are old and smell a bit.

No lift.
No soundproof.

The balcony is connected to the next room that overlooks other rooms compromises privacy and should be changed.

The bed sheets feel nice and soft against the skin, but they're too small to cover the bed properly.

The amount of toilet paper is far too little. It's less than half the normal amount, so unless they provide extra or switch to larger rolls, guests will have to ask the front desk repeatedly.

Gutes Hotel in Top Lage
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Lage um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich war 10 Tage hier und würde wieder kommen.
