Bad treatment of customer There is nothing good about it.I am still expecting my total refund back.
Pros:

There is nothing good about it.I am still expecting my total refund back,because i didn't use the facility at all.On our arrival we were taken to the room but all the corridor was smelling badly.It was discovered tha the toilet was in the corridor and not en suite.We need yo turn back immediately and the manager herself testified to the terrible smell.She said it was one of the lodgers that messed up the corridor.She said she can refund the money if i called booking .com for cancellation,she was fully ready to refund my money.I did called bookihg ..com they sent me mail that they've reached out to the facility but they are yet to respond and that i should call the hotel myself.I called as directed but the woman cut me off the phone.When i wss about leaving black pool yesterday from amother place where i lodged, i went to her anf showed the mail from booking.com which she denied she did not see.I showed her yhe phone number of the hotel which she was the custudian,she accepted that.She now told me again that i should call booking.com to call her on phone.She frustrated me and i left the place.How on earth should i be charged for the services i've not enjoyed?

lovely stay and room smells beautiful
Pros:

the bed was comfy and was very warm in the room but really nice to stay in we didnt have breakfast really nice stay tho thank you

maybe add a fan and fridge in the room apart from that was perfect

You get what you paid for but the quality off hotel is very poor the banister is close to fallin off
Pros:

The woman was lovely sorted us a cot out for my baby and let us keep our luggage in room till we left

Cons:

I have left my sons tablet there & when i called up she was lovely & was gonna send it but hadnt heared off her in few days then re called up someone else answered & was very rude i still havent recieved any messages about my sons tablet

We enjoyed our stay, could be better, there was a few bad things as we mentioned but we had fun.
Pros:

We like the Staff, the door handles was broken and was fixed within a few hours, great services. The owner was very kind, always welcoming and happy. It was near the beach, and some shops. About a 30 minute walk to Arcades and stuff, very enjoyable. Good location.

Cons:

The door handle being broken, piss on the toilet seat, toilet was tiny, knees touching wall while using toilet, was a leak, there was NO hot water. Barely any water flow. Kid got stuck in the toilet. The toilet door was VERY heavy, mold in the shower.
