Gostei de praticamente tudo! O café da manhã estava muito bom, as pessoas que trabalham são muito atenciosas e acolhedoras, o ambiente é agradável e as instalações são muito boas. Foi uma experiência muito positiva!

Cons:

Por outro lado, algo que me decepcionou bastante foi o problema com o chuveiro. O chuveiro do nosso quarto parou de funcionar e tivemos que tomar banho com a água fria. Entramos em contato com a equipe, fomos transferidos para outro quarto, mas, ao chegarmos, tivemos o mesmo problema: o chuveiro também estava com a água fria.

Infelizmente, isso acabou gerando uma certa insatisfação, principalmente porque esperávamos tomar um banho quente para nos arrumarmos e sairmos à noite para aproveitar o passeio. Em vez disso, tivemos esse desgaste e desconforto justamente em um momento em que esperávamos relaxar e aproveitar a estadia.

No geral, gostei muito do ambiente, do café, das instalações e do atendimento das pessoas que trabalham no local. Por isso mesmo, acredito que esse problema merece atenção, pois acabou impactando negativamente uma experiência que, de modo geral, estava sendo muito positiva.
