Locatie aan het strand en bij vele gezellige straatjes waar veel te doen is Mooie grote kamers

Cons:

De lift was vaak erg nat van de mensen die zeik nat het hotel in kwamen en dan de lift in gingen
Achterin de lobby hing een vieze lucht
1 klein rolletje wc papier
Boter bij het ontbijt is warm zo ook de kaas en ham
In de onbijtzaal was de airco niet aan

Disappointing & will not recommend
Pros:

We found a cockroach in our room. Management apologized and offered a plate of fruit as compensation, which felt inadequate given the seriousness of the issue.

The Front Office Manager apologized and offered complimentary airport transportation as compensation. However, around two hours later, she withdrew the offer saying it had been declined by senior management.

We found a staple on the floor beside the bed, creating an unnecessary safety hazard.

The baby cot was unstable and tipped over in the middle of the night, which was extremely concerning.

The pool policy was also disappointing. Even if a child is a confident swimmer, but under 1.4 meters - the child is only allowed to use the baby pool, which is less than 2 feet deep. Even with parent supervision they could not go in the deep pool.

A found it very disappointing overall.
Pros:

Location is very good!

Cons:

The food hall needs a facelift, the crowded nature of the breakfast buffet. The power points in the rooms are not useful for phone charges and in very bad locations. The pool area does not have enough seating for pool users. The hotel needs major renovations.

Clean Hotel
Pros:

It's a big hotel at the center of Da Nang, and it's very near the My Khe beach. It's clean, and the front desk staff are helpful. However, it's a bit crowded, especially during breakfast.
