Important information:

The property offers a daily complimentary airport shuttle service, which operates according to a schedule and is subject to availability.
The pick-up times are at 9:00, 10:30, 13:30, and 15:30,

According to the hotel policy, two children under 12 years old are permitted to stay with their parents. The details are as follows:
-Children between 0 and 5 years old can stay for free if they use the existing bed.
-Children between 6 and 11 years old will be charged VND 200,000 per child per night when using the existing bed.
-Guests aged 12 and above require additional bedding at an additional charge of VND 550,000 per night.

Cons:

Building works nearby, noise, tables were generally sticky and not wiped down regularly. Ash trays at entrance were not emptied and were overflowing.

The nail salon - very unprofessional service. I was having builder base removed and the process was painful and damaged my nails. I then asked for regular nail polish as I didn’t want to use the heat lamp. Within 10 mins of leaving the salon my nails were all chipped. Very poor.

The facial I had however was very good.

​Un établissement très propre proposant des chambres bien proportionnées. J'ai testé la chambre vue mer avec baignoire ainsi que la chambre vue ville (28 m²). Dans cette dernière, le fauteuil et sa table encombraient inutilement la pièce et altéraient le sentiment d'espace.

​Le séjour reste très agréable grâce à l'hospitalité remarquable de l'équipe, rythmée par de délicates attentions (tea time, rafraîchissement offert et belles prestations).

​Le restaurant reste très apprécié.

Cons:

​J'ai testé la chambre vue mer avec baignoire ainsi que la chambre vue ville (28 m²). Dans cette dernière, le fauteuil et sa table encombraient inutilement la pièce et altéraient le sentiment d'espace.

​Le seul réel bémol concerne les abords de l'hôtel : entre un immeuble abandonné, une nouvelle construction et 4 autres chantiers alentour, le bruit est continu de 7 h à 21 h. Seules les chambres vue mer valent désormais le détour — avec une réserve pour le chantier qui vient d'ouvrir sur le flanc droit face à la mer.

Great value for money, we will come back again
Pros:

The location is great, on the beach. The staff is so friendly, never experienced this anywhere else. We got a room upgrade the moment we asked for it - unfortunately there is a construction site very close and I could not sleep in the night. But the staff and manager was very helpful and we were moved very fast to another room. Breakfast and afternoon tea are great, the infinity pool and cocktails exceptional

Pros:

Enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was super. Great selection and delicious. The best pho. Hope for a revisit next year. Great location too.

The construction activity on both sides of the hotel. Fact of life. Summer in DaNang is very hot. Next trip will be winter.

Fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Staff very welcoming and friendly, rooms very clean, love beach location, breakfast amazing and varied, afternoon tea was a nice touch, pool was relaxing and refreshing.

Cons:

We loved everything - we didn't like that we had to leave!

זה שזה מול החוף הדבר היחידי שהיה סבבה.
Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר למי שלא אוכל בשר ומאכלי ים היתה דלה ביותר, אפילו ירקות היו מעט. אכלנו רק לחם גבינה צהובה וביצים.

Cons:

בונים 2 בניינים לצידי המלון אחד מצד ימין אחד מצד שמאל, גם הרעש היה נורא גם תמונות לא יצאו כי כל הקטע בבריכה שהיא משקיפה לים אבל יש שם מנוף.
