Pros:

Facilities were great, staff were helpful and friendly.

The construction noise was constant. Even throughout the night, so much lower tools - interrupted sleep.

Pros:

We loved our stay here. The staff and facilities were great. Our room was amazing especially with a toddler. Even with the construction either side it was pretty quiet and didn't affect our stay.

Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und professionell, das Zimmer hatte einen unglaublich tollen Ausblick auf die Stadt, beim sehr umfangreichen Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei und die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Cons:

Rechts und links ist aktuell Baustelle aber uns hat das überhaupt nichts ausgemacht, man hört quasi nichts, beziehungsweise bei der vietnamesischen Grundlautstärke die Tagsüber in der Stadt herrscht fallen die Bauarbeiten nicht auf.

Pros:

We had such a great experience from start to finish. The staff were all incredibly kind, friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the wonderful hospitality throughout our stay.

A special mention must go to Lin, who was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Lin helped us organise tours, gave us great recommendations and was always there to help with anything we needed. She made such a difference to our experience, and we would highly recommend her.

We also really enjoyed the hotel restaurant and thought the food was excellent. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of delicious choices. My daughter also had a wonderful spa treatment at the hotel, which she really enjoyed.

We hope to return one day!

Nice beach hotel with lovely breakfast
Pros:

Bed: Comfortable, large bed.

Shower: Powerful and good temperature.

Space: Spacious room and bathroom.

View: View of the beach which was nice to see the surfers out in the morning.

Amenities: Free bottled water daily. Good WiFi. Lovely breakfast included with lots of options although it can get quite busy. Rooms serviced and fresh towels daily. Nice rooftop pool and bar area.

Staff: Reception staff welcoming and friendly.

Location: Good location for the beach. Lots of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Close to attractions such as Marble Mountains and Lady Buddah.

Would I recommend: Yes however it depends what your trip is for. If you are after a quiet relaxed beach holiday then I would not recommend. There is currently construction work going on next door which starts early and is noisy. The hotel did appologise for this on check in and give a drinks voucher. One day there was a loud fitness class or event right on the beach outside the hotel which had loud music early in the morning. If you are after a hotel for a few days to visit the main attractions so you are up early anyway then this hotel is great.

Cons:

Although the rooms, reception area and restaurant are really nice, there are elements that could be updated such as some chairs in the restaurant and bar area are a bit worn and need updating.

Install a filtered water tap in the rooms or have a filtered water tap in the reception area where people can refill their water bottles to reduce the amount of plastic.
