The property offers a daily complimentary airport shuttle service, which operates according to a schedule and is subject to availability.

According to the hotel policy, two children under 12 years old are permitted to stay with their parents. The details are as follows:

-Children between 0 and 5 years old can stay for free if they use the existing bed.
-Children between 6 and 11 years old will be charged VND 180,000 per child per night when using the existing bed.
-Guests aged 12 and above require additional bedding at an additional charge of VND 450,000 per night.

Great location, great food and Greta service!
Pros:

The property has a lot of amenities. The food was great and it’s across the street from the beach. The customer service was phenomenal.

Avoid noisy building sites either side of hotel
Pros:

Excellent breakfast and location on beach. If you can get across very busy road.

Cons:

Hotel was between too building sites either side. Which had workman (noise) working until 1am & 4am daily.

Looking at these buildings sites progress this would be an issue long into the future (years).

Convinient stay!
Pros:

The staff are all soooo nice! Its in a convenient location with alot of grocery stores nearby. Across from My Khe beach if you are planning on swimming. Theres also the pool upstairs which is welcomed after such a long day outside. The bed was comfy and the rooms are clean. It can be a little dark inside even with all the lights available.

Cons:

I didnt get any construction noises in my room luckily. However, I did have sometimes staff talking loud during room cleaning hours. Just keep it in mind if youre trying to rest during those times. Also the room that I had, the toilet and the shower are in the same area (toilet was facing the shower). So when you shower, the water flows towards the toilet, toilet paper can get wet as well. So if you forget that youve just had a shower and want to go to the bathroom, sometimes your feet are wet if the floor hasnt dried. Wasnt a big issue, just keep it in mind.

We had a wonderful stay at Haian Beach Hotel.
The location is excellent, directly across from My Khe Beach and close to many restaurants and cafés. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional and always willing to help.
The breakfast was varied, fresh and of very good quality, with plenty of options to choose from each morning.
We also used the spa facilities and were very pleased with the experience. The massage and pedicure services were professional, relaxing and delivered to a high standard.
The rooftop pool offered beautiful views of the beach and city, creating a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Da Nang.
Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang.
