The property offers a daily complimentary airport shuttle service, which operates according to a schedule and is subject to availability.

-Guests aged 12 and above require additional bedding at an additional charge of VND 450,000 per night.

Perfect
Pros:

Without a doubt, this was the best hotel we stayed at during our entire four-week trip through Vietnam. Everything about this place was outstanding, the service, the food, the location, and especially the rooms.

The staff was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming at all times, making us feel comfortable from the very first moment. The food was excellent, the location was perfect, and the rooms were beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way, and when we come back to Vietnam, we will definitely stay here again.

Hotel, staff and location great.
Pros:

Location is right in the thick of things. Restaurants beach cafes shops bars massage

Cons:

Locals are early risers and have loud aerobic sessions with music on the beach. Not the hotels fault, and if you can’t beat em’ join em! Great fun.

Amazing place, would come back!
Pros:

Worth paying extra for upgraded room in a high floor, amazing ocean views and away from road noise.Very clean, great pool with amazing views of the ocean! The pool can be very busy and limited pool side seating, also lots of kids in the pool, so can be hectic but big hotels that is to be expected.
We loved the location, walking distance to bars, restaurants and cafes. We were on lvl 19 and the construction next door that is mentioned in other reviews wasn’t an issue. May be worse on lower floors tho. The staff were very attentive and lovely, we would stay here again.

朝食のビュッフェメニューが豊富で、色々な料理を食べることができました。特にベトナム料理はまず少しだけ、一口試しに味わうこともでき、また美味しくいただくことができました。

Cons:

オーシャンフロントの部屋に宿泊しましたが、私たちの滞在中はずっと曇天で、綺麗な日の出を拝むことができず、残念でした。また、隣りの建物が建設中で、特にエレベーターのある場所の窓越しに様子が見えてしまっていたので景観としてはあまり良い印象は受けませんでした。

Perfekt für Strandurlaub.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt gegenüber zum Strand, man muss nur die Straßenseite wechseln.
Alles weitere ist fußläufig zu erreichen.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und auch sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Bett war etwas hart.
Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es wenig bis gar keine vegane Auswahl an Gerichten.

Très bel hôtel . Le personnel est particulièrement attentif et prévenant auprès des clients sans être invasif. Superbes buffets pour le petit déjeuner.
Actuellement, tout le long de la plage de My Key, il y a des constructions de nouveaux hôtels, ce qui provoquent quelques nuisances sonores...le Haian est impacté comme tous les autres hôtels.

Pros:

Piscine, Plage la chambre était bien et le nettoyage a été fait tous les jours. Non loin de la plage et des bars et restaurants. Personnel de la réception efficace.

Cons:

Une traversée de route un peut plus facile pour aller à la plage. Par exemple pour quelqu'un qui serait là avec des enfants.
