The property offers a daily complimentary airport shuttle service, which operates according to a schedule and is subject to availability.

According to the hotel policy, two children under 12 years old are permitted to stay with their parents. The details are as follows:
-Children between 0 and 5 years old can stay for free if they use the existing bed.
-Children between 6 and 11 years old will be charged VND 200,000 per child per night when using the existing bed.
-Guests aged 12 and above require additional bedding at an additional charge of VND 550,000 per night.

Haian beach hotel, the best hotel.
Pros:

Absolut totul, Eiri, fata care răspunde de relații cu clienții, a fost mereu promptă, a răspuns foarte repede și pozitiv la nevoile noastre. Curățenia, in primul rand, personalul, piscina, micul dejun, plaja de langa hotel.... într-un cuvânt, absolut totul a fost perfect.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

We loved our stay here! We booked a partially sea view room but upon check in we got upgraded to a full sea view due to the construction happening next door. We were really pleased with the upgrade and we loved our room! You can occasionally hear construction during the day and city noise at night but they provide earplugs and we slept great every night! I think not many people highlight how amazing the breakfast buffet here is! The pool area is also really nice and the pool staff have big warm smiles! We also ordered room service which was also amazing. And what can I say about location? Can't get better than this! Overall a perfect stay!

Cons:

We always workout and we felt the need to go to a gym outside to have a more complete workout. But still, is nice to have a gym for quick workouts. The dumbbells weights are only up to 15kg.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh local and international options, and the rooftop infinity pool and sky bar provided breathtaking views and the perfect place to unwind. The overall value for money was exceptional, and the attention to detail throughout the property made our stay truly memorable.
What stood out most, however, was the staff. Despite some construction taking place next door, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay remained comfortable and enjoyable. They proactively checked on us, communicated openly, and did everything possible to minimize any disruption. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine concern for our comfort turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. The team's commitment to guest satisfaction was outstanding, and thanks to their efforts, we were able to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Haian Beach Resort to anyone visiting Da Nang.
