大浴場があって良かった。
カードキーを持って大浴場に行ったが、部屋に帰ってきたらエアコンが切れていて暑かった。
当日、2人で1つの部屋に対応していただけないか急遽お願いしたのにも関わらずとても丁寧な対応していただき、チェックイン時も愛想もよくとても快かったです
お部屋も特に申し分なく、温泉がとても気持ちよかったです
部屋を出たら真ん中天井が空いている形だったため、当時雨が降っており雨の匂いが気になったくらいです
チェックイン前に荷物預かってくれました。更にチェックアウト後も預かってくれたので、2日間、ライブを満喫できました。

電子レンジが、1階にしかなかったので、部屋には難しくても、せめて、各フロアにあると助かります。
はじめて、電子レンジ待ちで、並びました。きまづかったです。
スタッフの方々の対応がとてもよかった。
空調の風がベッドに直接当たり風量を弱くしても辛かった
朝食と立地はとても良かったです。
ドーム行くのに利用した。名古屋駅からは桜通線、ドームへは名城線？で1本という好立地だった。
駅からホテルまで近く、通りにコンビニが2件ある。
なかなか名物系を全部食べ歩くことが難しい状況だったので、ひつまぶし、エビフライ、きしめん、小倉トーストなど食べれて満足した。
アメニティも充実してた。エアコンも自分で温度管理できるのも良い。
ただ、湿度が上がると布団の臭いが少々気になった。
大浴場がある方のAPAを選んで正解だった。体の疲れを癒せた。
15時前にチェックイン出来たのですが、まだハウスキーパーが捌けきっておらず、荷物が大量に置かれた廊下を通らないといけなかったこと、外国人の作業員なので仕方がないのかもしれないが体臭が気になった。
女子風呂の排水溝が詰まってる場所があって、体洗うところに水たまりになってたのが不快だった。
ライブ帰りだったり人が集中する時間だと、ロッカー空き待ち、体洗う場所の待ちがあるので注意。
もう少し遅くまでお風呂開いてて欲しいかも。
大浴場の湯舟の温度多分43度近くあるんじゃないかな。かなり熱めだった。

説明書はあったものの浴室の洗面の水の出し方に手間取った

浴槽のカーテンが水を通すタイプで
トイレや床がびしょびしょになった
露天風呂が良かったです。
駐車場の場所がホテルから遠く、初めての人は、大変。
