Słabej jakości pokój, z nieprzyjemnym zapachem po wejściu, prawdopodobnie od wykładziny. Wymaga remontu, odchodząca ościeżnica od ściany, brudna wykładzina, jedna kołdra.

Roliga, om än något turistiga, kvarter med många caféer o restauranger. Trevligt bemötande överallt!
Pros:

Personalen fantastisk! Löste problemet med vårt rum som hade en oangenäm lukt, och gav oss snabbt ett annat.

Cons:

Första rummet hade en märklig lukt, troligen från tapeten.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko Wawelu i Starego Miasta. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Po bardzo długiej podróży mimo iż zameldowanie było od godz. 15 udostępniono nam pokoje dużo wcześniej a co serdecznie dziękujemy 😊.
Śniadanie bardzo dobre choć jajecznica ledwo ciepła mimo iż znajdowała się w bemarze. Sama sala na której serwowano śniadania bardzo przestronna i bardzo ładna.

Cons:

Jak to dużym mieście dojazd do hotelu ulicami jednokierunkowymi więc trzeba uważać gdzie się wjeżdża. Brak miejsc parkingowych choć w recepcji polecono nam leżący ok 500 m dalej parking strzeżony.

Clean, comfortable, and great value for money.
Pros:

The A/C was a big plus, especially during warm days. The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food. For this price, it was an ideal place to stay overnight and offered great value for money

Cons:

The property feels a little dated. There was a slight smell of old furniture, and the floor and doors were somewhat squeaky. However, these were only minor issues and did not significantly affect my stay.
