Amazing hotel
Pros:

Incredible hotel. Big staff attending to whatever you need everywhere- in-pools, receptions, bars, restaurants, you name it. Good facilities, many pools. Nice rooms. Amazing aqua park for all ages..Great pool bar snacks (including crepes, ice cream and ices all day). Nice beach, nice evening entertainment. Nice specialty restaurants by booking (you get a few free). Great alcoholic drinks-wines and cocktails beimg made upon request. A little distant from the city and airport but not that bad. Decent free parking and Corfu roads are not as bad as they say, not to mention that the roads are beautiful.

Beautiful three star stay
Pros:

Not a 5 star, if you reset expectations to a 3 star resort it’s great. Beautiful setting, grounds are glorious, but had a major mosquito problem. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

While the fresh fruit and salads were great, the rest of the food was awful, dry and horrible. The buffet area smell was revolting most days. They also don’t know how to cope with all the guests and despite many empty table or those that could quickly be cleared, there were huge seating queues. If you want to eat in restaurants organise way in advance.
We couldn’t get a table at any of them and ended up off site for two nights (where the food was more than worth the effort).
Life guards in the beach and water park were great but in the middle pools spent all their time on their phones and weren’t paying any attention.

A beautiful, exceptionally family-friendly resort that we didn’t want to leave. We would happily return next year.
Pros:

Absolutely stunning resort. Beautiful, safe and very well thought out, especially for families with children. Everything felt comfortable and easy, and there was so much space to enjoy. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and are already thinking about coming back next year.

Cons:

While the communal areas of the resort feel beautifully renovated and very well maintained, the interiors of the rooms are a little more dated in comparison and could benefit from some updating. That said, our room was still very comfortable, spacious and practical, with a large bathroom and good mosquito protection.

Grecotel зробив все можливе для того, щоб відпочинок запамʼятався нашій сімʼї надовго.
Pros:

Велика та зручна, дуже зелена територія. Комфорті та охайні номери.
Не дуже великий аквапарк (кількість самих гірок) на великий території, що для нас було великим плюсом.

Frühstück mit deutlich mehr als man braucht. Superlage mit tollem Strand.

Cons:

Externer Fotograf als Servicepartner. Unzuverlässig und letztlich ohne Einkauf. Wollte erst kassieren und wusste nicht, was er dafür liefert.

Rapport qualité/prix inexistant : on paie un hôtel haut de gamme pour une prestation de club standard.
Pros:

Le cadre. Beau site, belles piscines, plage agréable. Les infrastructures sportives existent et sont de bon niveau (tennis, padel, beach-volley). Les cocktails et la carte des boissons sont la seule chose qui soit clairement à la hauteur du prix. C’est le décor qui sauve le séjour, pas la prestation.

Cons:

La restauration ne correspond pas au positionnement. C’est de la nourriture de masse, sans autre ambition que de remplir des assiettes. Viande et poisson à la limite de l’acceptable, pâtes dignes d’une cantine. Les restaurants à la carte censés compenser le buffet sont quasi impossibles à réserver, avec des menus figés, très courts, et une qualité qui ne justifie pas davantage le détour. Sur six nuits, c’est le point qui pèse le plus lourd.

L’animation est indigente au regard des installations. Tout le matériel est là, mais l’organisation ne suit pas du tout. Comparé à un Club Med ou à un Falkensteiner, ce n’est pas le même métier. On paie pour des équipements qu’on doit soi-même faire vivre.

Des horaires calés sur le confort du personnel, pas sur celui des clients. Activités de 10h à 18h : on joue donc au foot au pire moment de la journée. Glaces coupées à 17h30, parc aquatique fermé à 18h, en plein été, en Grèce. C’est exactement en fin de journée que la chaleur retombe et qu’une famille veut en profiter. Un établissement de villégiature qui fonctionne aux horaires de bureau se trompe de métier.

Chambres moyennes, très en dessous du tarif. La climatisation est ancienne : on règle la vitesse de ventilation, pas la température. En août, ce n’est pas un détail.

Le fil rouge de ces six jours : un hôtel de groupe qui tourne en pilotage automatique, sans direction visible pour tenir la cohérence de l’exécution ni le lien avec le client. Le site est magnifique et sauve le séjour. Le rapport qualité/prix, lui, n’existe pas — pour ce budget, on trouve nettement mieux ailleurs en Méditerranée.

En otrolig upplevelse för hela familjen - vuxna som barn.
Pros:

Otroligt trevlig personal, väldigt fina faciliteter och perfekt blandning för barn och vuxna. Bra frukostbuffe och lunch. Middagen vid den asiatiska restaurangen var mycket god!

Cons:

Skulle gärna se att det serveras t.ex. oliver eller chips med den första beställningen när man sitter i lobbybaren eller på torget för en drink.
