Otroligt trevlig personal, väldigt fina faciliteter och perfekt blandning för barn och vuxna. Bra frukostbuffe och lunch. Middagen vid den asiatiska restaurangen var mycket god!
Skulle gärna se att det serveras t.ex. oliver eller chips med den första beställningen när man sitter i lobbybaren eller på torget för en drink.

Общо взето имам негативно усещане заради персонала- стаята ми беше мръсна , по пода имаше цели шепи прах и след като помолих да се изчисти , пак не се оправи за целия ми престой. Сервитьора в ресторанта беше супер сърдит , нито казва “добър вечер” нито пита по време на вечерята имаме ли нужда от нещо, трябва да го гониш буквално за да си поръчаш и евентуално да ти го донесе. Също така в Италианския ресторант персонала е супер небрежен и не съобразителен!

Widać że nie jest to najnowszy obiekt jeżeli ktoś szuka luksusowych wnętrz to tam ich nie znajdzie ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Przy zakwaterowaniu blisko głównego budynku trochę głośna muzyka ale nie uciążliwa
We had a wonderful stay at Grecotel LUXME Costa Botanica. The resort is beautiful, with stunning surroundings, lots of greenery and a very spacious layout. The pools are excellent, and the water park with the slides was fantastic – our child absolutely loved it.
The drinks were good, with a nice selection throughout the day.
We travel a lot, and these were the best holidays we have ever had as a family. The concept of an elegant, yet not ostentatious, small village set within a vast botanical garden is unique and sets the tone for everything else. The area is extremely child friendly. We avoid cramped resorts, but this one is not - at least not at the beginning of July. There are no cars, no noises, the beach is beautiful, sunbeds and towels are always available for free, there is an exciting and slightly frightening water park, the food is excellent, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are minimalist but comfy, the personnel are always pleasant, and the view to the impressive Albanese coast on one side and the green hills on the othet are breathtaking and familiar thanks to the legendary Gerald Durrell's book My Family and Other Animals. I have been to Kos, Crete and Pelopones, but Corfu is my favourite place in Greece. The greenery of the island and the all-inclusive resort Costa Botanica is the main reason why. The only addition I would recommend for the resort is a mini golf course. There is enough space to build it, and I'm sure it would be popular.
Wonderful, relaxing experience. All staff were friendly, helpful and very well trained for high standards of hospitality. Great food and drinks and restaurant experiences were high level and some fine dining also. Georgia, the sommelier provided a great wine tasting experience and Gregory, the tennis coach was so friendly and provided such a personal approach.
No new tennis balls to buy at reception, with such wonderful courts, keeping some new tubes for sale to guests so they could fully enjoy their time would be an easy touch. Some anti mosquito methods during the evening near the beach restaurant and bar.
