Pros:

Wonderful, relaxing experience. All staff were friendly, helpful and very well trained for high standards of hospitality. Great food and drinks and restaurant experiences were high level and some fine dining also. Georgia, the sommelier provided a great wine tasting experience and Gregory, the tennis coach was so friendly and provided such a personal approach.

Cons:

No new tennis balls to buy at reception, with such wonderful courts, keeping some new tubes for sale to guests so they could fully enjoy their time would be an easy touch. Some anti mosquito methods during the evening near the beach restaurant and bar.

Нам очень понравился отдых в этом отеле!
Территория отеля продумана очень хорошо: корпуса расположены таким образом, что гости практически не мешают друг другу, и каждый может найти спокойное место для отдыха. Только в последний день нашего пребывания, после заезда большого количества новых гостей, возникла нехватка лежаков у бассейнов и на пляже. Однако персонал очень быстро отреагировал на ситуацию и оперативно доставил дополнительные лежаки.
Отдельно хочется отметить работу всего персонала. Все сотрудники были очень доброжелательными, вежливыми и всегда встречали гостей с улыбкой. Любые вопросы решались быстро и с искренним желанием помочь. Именно такое отношение делает отдых особенно комфортным.
Также нам было очень приятно получить небольшой комплимент от отеля из-за незначительной поломки в номере при заселении. Для нас эта ситуация совершенно не была проблемой, но такое внимательное отношение со стороны персонала оставило очень теплое впечатление.
Мы приехали на короткий срок и уже не успевали забронировать посещение ресторанов à la carte. Вместо этого нам предложили посетить рестораны, расположенные рядом с отелем, по той же системе. Это оказалось замечательным решением! Благодаря этому мы смогли несколько вечеров гулять вдоль моря и попробовать блюда в других ресторанах. Нам такой вариант понравился даже больше.

В целом мы остались очень довольны отдыхом и искренне благодарим всю команду отеля за прекрасный сервис, гостеприимство и теплую атмосферу.
С удовольствием вернемся к вам снова!

Cons:

Если говорить о небольшом минусе, то это, пожалуй, не очень большой выбор блюд на обед и ужин. На коротком отдыхе это совершенно не сказалось на наших впечатлениях, но для гостей, которые планируют провести в отеле длительное время, это может быть важным моментом — со временем меню может показаться немного однообразным.

Superb hotel with facilities for family and some adult only areas.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet had everything you could wish for and varied daily, same for buffet dinner. Various bars had food available throughout the day such as the care-erie at the beach bar - variety of pools was superb and the kids loved the water park with great slides.
Restaurants were exceptional, and there were no limits/exceptions to the all inclusive food/drinks.

Cons:

we got bitten a lot despite using jungle spray - seems there is a type of mosquito there which is very tiny and is OK with the smell of DEET !

A resort with genuine potential and a warm team behind it, but one that didn't quite live up to the

The staff were consistently attentive and responsive — whenever an issue arose, they handled it promptly and with care. The resort's landscaping is genuinely lovely, with lush greenery woven throughout the grounds that gives it a pleasant, resort feel. There is a good selection of pools for both adults and children, and the on-site water park is a definite bonus. The beach is sandy and accessible, though worth noting that the water lacks the crystal clarity you'll find in other parts of the Ionian Sea — so temper expectations if that's a priority for you.

Cons:

Food

While the resort offers a wide variety of dining options, we were disappointed by the lack of authentic Greek cuisine. For a genuinely local experience, you'd be better served by any taverna outside the resort. We also noticed a significant gap in vegan offerings — aside from plant-based milk, there were no dedicated vegan options available.
Room (Botanical Room)

The room felt dated despite having been renovated. The overall finish lacked the finesse you'd expect at this level, and unfortunately the headboard had a noticeable mold smell. The towels were smaller and thinner than expected for a 5-star property, and bathrobes were not provided as standard — we had to request them separately.
Child-Friendly Facilities

The resort has a dedicated children's play area, which is a nice touch, but in practice it skews heavily towards ages 4 and up. For toddlers, the offering falls short — there were very few toys available overall, and virtually nothing suitable for a 2-year-old. The space itself is charming, but with such limited variety, it quickly becomes repetitive after a couple of visits. There is also no outdoor playground geared towards younger children, which was a real gap for us — toddlers need space to burn energy beyond the pool, and the resort doesn't currently cater for that need.
Outdoor Areas

The mosquito presence in the evenings was severe enough to make spending time outside genuinely unpleasant. Some form of pest management or repellent provision would make a meaningful difference to the guest experience.

Az etelek finomak, az all inclusive tartalma kivalo, premium italok, etelek, a fine dining etterem pedig szuper elmeny volt. Gyerekkel utaztunk, es ez volt a legtokeletesebb szallas, amit kivanhattunk.

Pros:

Przestronność obiektu, poczucie braku zgiełku w restauracjach i częściach wspólnych. Wybór basenów pod kątem potrzeb, od kameralnych miejsc do waterparku dla dzieci. Lokalny ogród, zoo, korty do tenisa i padla. Dobre jedzenie, choć można byłoby poprosić o lepsze pizze i większą różnorodność. Restauracje ala carte dodają możliwości jedzeniowe, ale trzeba zarezerwować je po przybyciu .

Sehr schlecht gar nichts so erwartet

Keine 5 Sterne – eher 2!

Das Hotel entspricht in keiner Weise einem 5-Sterne-Standard. Ich würde eher 2 Sterne vergeben, wenn überhaupt.

Essen:
Das Essen war enttäuschend – geschmacklos und schlecht organisiert. Es gibt ein offenes Buffet und vier Restaurants, aber für diese Restaurants muss man früh morgens einen Termin an einem kleinen Schalter neben der Rezeption buchen. Das bedeutet: lange Wartezeiten, unmotiviertes Personal und Stress im Urlaub.
Am Ende bekommt man in den Restaurants fast dasselbe wie am Buffet, nur auf einem Teller serviert.

Zimmer:
Die Zimmer sind sehr alt und nicht wie auf den Bildern. Beim Check-in wird oft das schlechteste Zimmer angeboten. Nur nach langer Diskussion bekommt man eventuell ein besseres.
Sauberkeit? Fehlanzeige. Es werden nur Handtücher getauscht – der Boden wird nicht gereinigt, Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt, der Balkon oder Gartenbereich nicht gepflegt.

Pool & Strand:
Der Pool ist ständig überfüllt mit Kindern, Ruhe findet man dort nicht.
Der Strand ist nichts Besonderes, es gibt in der Gegend definitiv schönere Alternativen. Die Lage ist insgesamt eher langweilig, man kann kaum etwas unternehmen.

Personal:
Viele Mitarbeiter sind demotiviert und wirken genervt. Bestellungen am Pool oder in der Bar dauern lange.
Einige wenige geben sich Mühe – der Rest leider nicht.
Cocktails? Katastrophe – die meisten schmecken nach nichts, eher wie Wasser mit Farbe.

Fazit:
Definitiv keine 5 Sterne! Für den Preis gibt es deutlich bessere Hotels mit gutem Service, leckerem Essen und mehr Komfort.
Wir haben nur 3 von 10 Tagen überhaupt im Hotel verbracht – sonst waren wir lieber außerhalb an anderen Stränden und in anderen Restaurants essen.
