Pros:

Hôtel exceptionnel ! Les transats juste au bord de l’eau, c’était magique. Le personnel était vraiment aux petits soins. La cuisine était sublime et le restaurant de l’hôtel, tout simplement délicieux ! Une expérience magnifique, je recommande vivement !

Magnifique hôtel avec situation imprenable et service au top
Pros:

Tout, sa situation, le personnel, sympathique, le service, barre et restauration, le parking tout était parfait

Cons:

Rien si ce n’est qu’on aurait aimé rester deux nuits, mais l’hôtel était déjà complet

Pros:

Lisärakennuksen upea huone ja mahtava järvimaisema vaikutti. Sijainti järven rannalla oli huippu. Pääsi suoraan uimaan järveenkin. Lähellä myös ravintoloita. Ihana uima-allas. Hyvä aamupala. Kaikki oli ihanaa. Tulemme takaisin.

Avoid this touristic trap!
Pros:

Location near lake Garda

Cons:

The hospitality of the hosts was miserable!
We arrived at 9.30 pm and when we ask if it is possible to have a sandwich for our son, they refuse even the restaurant wasn’t yet closed.
Also when we asked for 1 hour late check out (their check out being at 11am) - they refuse us.
Breakfast was basic and low quality.
Car parking not free

Their only motivation is to take their customers' money!

We stayed in a King Room and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views from the room, the terrace, and every corner of the property. The scenery is truly unforgettable.

What made our stay even more special was the incredible hospitality. We were welcomed so warmly from the very first moment, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. The service was of the highest quality—professional, attentive, and exceptionally kind.

The atmosphere, comfort, and attention to detail created a wonderful experience that we will always remember. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay on Lake Garda. A true 10 out of 10!

Die Lage ist genial-direkt am Gardasee. Super schönes Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmern. Gutes Frühstück. Liegewiesen mit Pool mit direkten Zugang zum See. Promenade fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites und zuvorkommendes Personal.
