Rude reception staff.
It's like a nightclub from 7pm till midnight, there is several speakers attached to the ceiling so of entertainment lounge which is the floorboards of your room so forget getting any sleep.
No organisation of rooms.
Reception staff did not tell dining room we were staying so no table made up 2 morning in trot.

We left a day earlier than planned as this is a disgrace of a hotel and urge people to book elsewhere.

Rooms were not easily accessible, a lot of different levels to navigate. I would recommend signs indicating reception to be displayed.

It was pleasant enough and I would stay again but upgrade to a nicer room .

Cons:

The room was very basic which we sort of expected but it wasn’t overly clean. Towels were stained but we had enough to do us. Extra pillows weren’t clean and had no pillow cases on. Bed was so uncomfortable my husband ended up sleeping in the car.
