Location good ,very clean
Ques to sign in at reception very long , a lot of staff not knowing what they were doing , room wasnt ready ,waited a long time , I also tore a hole in my dress on the Saturday night when I leant over to speak to DJ , he said to go to manager which I did , I was told to go back next day ,which I did then told again to go back , when I did the guy had gone off shift and we were leaving, I had a dress which cost me 40pounds ruined ! I should have been refunded immediately, it was witnessed by the DJ , I felt ignored by the staff who I spoke to

Stayed here a few time staff are always polite hotel clean great entertainment will definitely be staying again
Hotel is like a maze, looked for the room but couldn’t find it so went back to reception but they did not seem interested, eventually after kicking up a fuss somebody actually showed us where our room was
