Fabulous staff
Pros:

The staff at Lyndene are fantastic and clearly take great pride in what they do. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well kept.

Cons:

The bathroom in my twin room was rather neat for space. But hey, it's only a bathroom.

Last Minute Break
Pros:

The choice of 2 venues for entertainment.
The female vocalists were good.
Clean and nice decor.
Good powerful shower.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable and could feel springs. Very little room on the left side of the bed.
No bedside plugs.
The hot breakfast had poor quality products. Also bacon was unevenly cooked and fried eggs overdone. No option for runny yolk or poached eggs.

Pros:

Beds comfortable, room clean, food really good.

Cons:

One of our party burned a finger on a coffee pot & no one could find a first aid kit anywhere in the hotel. I work with food & I know that there has to be a kit in every kitchen.
Also we understand that it was her own fault but there was no apologies from anyone except the one lovely waitress that we had, can't remember her name.
