The place has a good price/quality. We loved the pool and the TV area in the lobby that we could use. The location was pretty close to the beach and main road. The shower was hot and the beds were comfy.
Most dislikes are rather details, no show-stoppers for a great stay considering the honest price you pay. But the place has so much more potential than the current state: the concrete floors around the pool could use some upkeep. While the location is pretty good, there's no straight road to the beach without walking around the block. The only mistake of the hotel: we booked a room with AC, but upon arrival there was non available. They did however offer to move the day after to the room with AC, but we didn't want the hassle of packing again.

La gentillesse du personnel et l’emplacement est parfait
Tout s’est bien passé
They have ac and the place is quite and they accept check in at 4 am so highly recommend for people who come in the train.
There is no shataf, and it warm.
The staff were really friendly and helpful! (Especially Winnie & Alice) Made me feel right at home. I would definitely visit and stay there again.

I reached in the afternoon, but i get still some small breakfast, Kitchen was closed, but the cook was around. i m happy.

Location is quite good ,staff nice and the room comfortable.
I booked there to enjoy the pool but it was dirty and I've been told to not going into it until they clean it but the cleaning was starting after my departure. It was disappointing...
The fan in my room was not really efficient
Security was good on entry to hotel. There was not a breakfast selection of options but instead made to order - was really nice, but basic - toast, eggs, sausages, vegetable and coffee. Winnie the host was great, really lovely and changed my room as first room was not suitable. Also had great communication with the hotel on booking.com app as hotel managed to organise driver to pick me up from the airport and drop me back which was so efficient and reliable as travelling solo. The hotel was good as a base as I was out travelling around, and really good value for money in that sense.
The first room did not feel secure as in the door lock. The room was extremely hot as no A/C (even though I had booked a room with A/C) The showers were not working properly in either room even after my room was changed to a bigger room which felt much more secure. The showers definately need fixing. The A/C was not great either and I found it difficult to sleep as Mombasa hot, sticky and humid at this time of year.
I don't think I would stay at this property again as a bit too basic fo rmy needs.

Le foto presenti su booking non corrispondono al vero. La struttura in realtà è vecchia e fatiscente. La colazione è senza lode e senza infamia, niente di che ed esclusivamente autoctona.
Riguardo il personale posso solo dire che alcuni sono stati gentili e altri lo sono stati meno.
Esperienza terribile. Il soggiorno sarebbe dovuto essere di due notti ma siamo scappati dopo la prima.
