Très joli cadre et structures
Pros:

La localisation face à los Mallos de Riglos. L’établissement est joli mais peut être à rafraîchir un peu. Spa très agréable

Cons:

Le restaurant n’était pas bon. On a dû demander à réchauffer les tapas ils étaient encore congelés

La chambre, salle de bain, le site et la piscine, les terrasses.

Cons:

Le restaurant n’est malheureusement pas de bonne qualité pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Cher et peu de variétés et les plats corrects sans plus. Très décevant à ce niveau. Même chose pour les déjeuners

Pros:

La piscina exterior y los Jardines, desayuno y ubicación

Cons:

-Limpieza habitación, (silicona ducha , pelos en el baño, mancha gotas en suelo),
-Que un hotel SPA no disponga en fin de semana de tratamientos y masajes no es de recibo y menos que no lo avisen por adelantado. (Pese a preguntar por adelantado para reservar tratamientos).
- Todos los pagos de lo que consumes en el hotel hay que hacerlos en el momento, no se pueden cargar a la habitación.
- Televisión pequeña para ser hotel de 4 estrellas
-Pese a tener habitaciones disponibles, nos tocó una en la parte baja dando al aparcamiento en lugar de a los Mallos de Riglos
-En resumen , consideramos que le sobra una estrella.

Profesionales y personas. Para repetir
Pros:

Más allá de que es un muy buen hotel, en una zona muy bonita, cómodo, limpio y todo lo que le puedas pedir, no pudimos acudir el primero de los días que teníamos reservados por un problema personal, y al enviarles el justificante que lo demostraba, nos descontaron esa noche que no disfrutamos. Voy a volver seguro.
