Very good hotel!
Pros:

Very good hotel in the center of Jakarta. Clean and attractive room. Very friendly staff. Large breakfast room at the top floor with panoramic views of the city.

Cons:

It would be great to have a small refrigerator in the room to store a bottle of water after a walk in hot weather, but it was a very minor issue.

From the beginning of check in, I had to wait until 2 o'clock and the receptionist didn't offer a welcome drink at all. I was a bit surprised that the first impression of the front desk was bad, like there was no sense of hospitality. The lobby was very hot and not how this is my honest opinion. After I entered the room, the room did not match the photo, it was a bit dirty and the WFFI was very bad. Even the WFFI of the Sakti Hotel could reach the Maxone Hotel. In the afternoon, I decided to have dinner at the Maxone Hotel restaurant on the 10th floor. I ordered fried noodles, seafood capcay, pasta. First the noodles arrived and the capcay tasted very salty, but I still ate the noodles because I respect a waiter because I know his position. The capcay was inedible and was replaced with a new one, but it tasted like it had been washed and added with hot water. It was bland. Then the pasta arrived and it was salty too. Honestly, with our hunger, we felt disappointed. In my opinion, the taste of breakfast food is much better than Alacarte.
and the room ventilation is very noisy, even at 6 am there were guests next door who heard very noisy motorbikes.
I hope the quality is improved.
