Constructive Criticism
Pros:

Please get rid of odour/smell on all levels and in lifts. Apparently caused by painting walls or new carpet, reflects badly on a good hotel.

Good Stay
Pros:

The Stay was very good; rooms were clean and room well equipped with all kitchen amenities.
The apartment is in close proximity to Penrith Railway Station, easier to commute to Sydney city.

Pros:

Quest Penrith needs to be better managed. Some workers cleaners and reception need training in executing quality and control. The manager's needs to take responsibility and review the quality is up to standards.

A spacious and comfortable stay with friendly staff and great facilities
Pros:

The room was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen, laundry, bathroom and balcony. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the facilities looked great. We especially appreciated having plenty of space and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The TV system was a little difficult to use and could be more user-friendly. While the room was generally comfortable, it could benefit from a deeper clean in some areas.

Parking is an issue!
We got in at 10.30pm after a 6hr car trip and car park was full and so was every carpark spot in every street for miles!
