Una notte a Matera
Pros:

Appartamento ampio, ben curato, dotato di tutti i confort, esattamente come descritto in foto. Personale molto disponibile e accogliente. Posizione centrale ottima per raggiungere a piedi il centro storico.

Cons:

Il residence non è facilmente individuabile per chi non conosce la zona. Manca un parcheggio gratuito all'interno della struttura.

Consigliatissimo per Matera a prezzo democratico
Pros:

Tutto perfetto in pieno centro con personale molto accogliente e professionale, struttura pulitissima. Niente da dire, ci ritornerei mille volte. Parcheggio Nicoletti consigliatissimo, macchina al fresco e curata.

Cosy place in very good location. Very welcoming owner. Everything was clean and nice.

Cons:

Toilet doors do not lock, there is only one mirror in bathroom, and there were no other mirrors in the apartment

Matera è davvero unica
Pros:

la posizione della struttura è davvero comoda, sia per la raggiungibilità in auto, parcheggio (pagamento), che per la vicinanza al centro e luoghi di interesse.

Cons:

non avevamo inteso che la colazione è fornita con alimenti industriali e confezionati.
Inoltre purtroppo nel periodo del nostro soggiorno, c’erano ben 2 cantieri di ristrutturazione ai piani inferiori dello stesso complesso

100% recomendable
Pros:

El personal amabilisimo, la limpieza impecable. Ubicación excepcional conl acceso fácil y cercano a los Sassi. Nos dejaron café, leche, jugos, agua y algunos panificiados envasados. Nos esperaron con el departamento fresco.

Nada, todo fue perfecto
