The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Seoul and get around the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the hotel was comfortable and offered a great experience
Some of the furniture and furnishings looked a little dated and could use some updating. However, these were only minor details and did not significantly affect my overall experience.

The location is excellent—within walking distance of many sights, and right on bus and subway lines that make it easy to reach places further away. The staff is lovely and courteous, both the room and public areas are clean, and the breakfast is very good
The room is a bit small; it's missing hooks for hanging towels and clothes, and there is no wardrobe. There's a nightstand and reading lamp on only one side of the beds
Close to many areas for sightseeing.
Breakfast starts too late 7:30am (compared to other hotels I had stayed in) & had to miss several breakfasts that was paid for due to tours in Seoul. Was given no refund.

The location of this hotel is the best in Seoul. 15 mins walking from Seoul Station and next to subway lines and lots of buses. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room was really good, and modern, bed was quite comfortable. Last but not least, the breakfast was perfect, you can choose continental or korean dishes.

מלון במיקום מרכזי מאוד, קרוב להרבה אמצעי תחבורה. חדרים בגודל סביר, נקי מאוד וברמת תחזוקה טובה. באזור מגוון גדול של מסעדות טובות וגם השוק במיונגדונג הוא במרחק כמה דקות הליכה.
הבת שלי הרגישה מאוד לא טוב וכשפניתי לצוות נמסר לי שהעזרה היחידה היא פנייה לאמבולנס ציבורי. למרות זאת לא הייתה שום התעניינות במצבה במשך כל הימים ששנינו שם וכמארחים ציפינו שיוודאו שמצבה תקין.

It was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the self storage lockers you canbuse for free on the day of your stay if you arrive early. They also had self service laundry machines which are convenient.
No complaints. Beds were slightly firm but that's a personal preference.
