Not up to expectation
Pros:

The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was great, and the breakfast offered a good variety. The hotel is conveniently located with a shopping mall just behind it.

Cons:

The lifts were slow during peak hours. Apart from the mall behind the hotel, walking elsewhere requires passing a nearby construction site with poor pedestrian paths. The staff were not very friendly or helpful, and communication in English was limited, which was unexpected for a higher-end hotel.

It says 5 star, but it is 3 stars in reality.
Cons:

Overall, the hotel's location is good. I had no issues getting around, and my room had a nice view of the Dragon Bridge and several other buildings.

The biggest downside is how overcrowded the hotel feels. Waiting for the elevators often took several minutes, especially during busy hours. The towels were also low quality, and the bathroom felt quite small for a hotel of this standard.

The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Even with both air conditioners in the living room and bedroom set to 18°C and the fan speed on maximum, the room never became comfortably cool. I was still sweating throughout my stay. I live in a climate similar to Da Nang, so I am used to hot and humid weather. The room simply retained too much heat, likely because of the large floor-to-ceiling windows.

Laslty it was not a clean hotel, many things were simply dirty, there was hair in the toilet at check-in etc.

Overall, the location is a positive, but the overcrowding, weak air conditioning, and lower quality room amenities made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Nhân viên lễ tân hơi lóng ngóng, tôi đã nói rõ là tôi đã check in xong từ lúc 13h, và 14h45 tôi quay lại chỉ để lấy thẻ phòng tuy nhiên nhân viên này vẫn làm việc khác rồi chạy đi chạy lại và yêu cầu tôi phải chờ đợi, sau đó bỏ đi chỗ khác 😥, tôi đành phải chuyển quầy để nhờ hỗ trợ. Tôi đoán được có thể đây là nhân viên đang thực tập nên tôi rất thông cảm tuy nhiên khách sạn không nên bố trí nhân viên mới đứng tại quầy, nên có người hỗ trợ nếu đang học việc.
Nghe giọng là người tỉnh khác không phải người Đà Nẵng. Cách nói chuyện của bạn này làm tôi cũng cảm thấy không được thoải mái.
