Brilliant hotel! A worthwhile stay. Excellent location!
Pros:

At first we were given a room with no view of the river and when we asked for another room they immediately gave us a room with a river view. Awesome! In general it is an amazing hotel with extremely pleasant and helpful staff.

Cons:

Our fridge had no shelves in its door. We requested this to be remedied and it never got done! Just a small blemish on an otherwise perfect stay!

Great stay
Pros:

Big and spacious room. Comfortable beds with airconditioning. Appreciate a location with a view of the bridge and water. Breakfast got great selections, they were busy during our stay. Nice indoor and outdoor pool with a bar.

Cons:

It will be nice to have coffee machine with pods, otherwise it was great

Pros:

Oh my goodness! What didn't I like? This hotel probably over delivered. I had a beautiful corner suite overlooking Han River. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby. I love the decor all over the building. The location was perfect! I would rate this hotel 10/10 stars!

Khách sạn ở trung tâm, tiện nghi, sạch sẽ

Cons:

Nv lễ tân quá nguyên tắc. Dù khách mua phòng giá cho 2 người, nhưng bị nhầm lẫn lúc note số lượng khách trên app booking, nv lễ tân bắt khách mua thêm, 2 phòng gần 6tr nhưng chỉ được ở 2 người. Đoàn của tôi 3 người lớn 2 trẻ em nhưng phải trả thêm phí cho 3 người. Thật vô lý, cứ như ks chỉ chờ khách sơ hở bị nhầm lẫn là tận thu vậy. Đây là lần cuối cùng tối ở ks này dù đã ở đây nhiều lần

Das Hotel ist sein Geld meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht wert. Die Lage ist zwar gut und der Ausblick wirklich schön, aber dafür zahlt man einen extrem hohen Preis, der in keinem Verhältnis zum Zustand des Hotels steht.

Alles wirkte alt, abgenutzt und teilweise ungepflegt. Die Betten waren unbequem, in der Dusche war Schimmel und insgesamt hatte man einfach nicht das Gefühl, in einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse zu sein. Vieles war sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen oder beschädigt.

Gerade bei diesen Preisen erwartet man eine ganz andere Qualität und einen deutlich besseren Standard. Für uns war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich schlecht und völlig überzogen.

Es gibt in der Umgebung viele andere schöne Unterkünfte, bei denen man für sein Geld wesentlich mehr bekommt. Für uns war dieses Hotel leider eine große Enttäuschung und wir würden es zu diesem Preis definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen.

Pulizia pessima, stanze vecchie e sporche, concierge incapace di parlare in inglese, piscina sporchissima senza controllo sulle persone che si sentono libere di sputarci o entrarci in mutande. Sala colazione puzzolente.

I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of tasty food, catering to different preferences. The location was ideal and made it easy to get around and explore the area. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, making my stay very relaxing. The facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. Highly recommended!

La estadia fue muy comoda, todo muy limpio, personal atento, comida agradable.
Detral del centro comercial vitcoim genial todo genial, recomendado 100 %

Cons:

No hay un lugar cerca para ir a hacerte un masaje, a las 8 de la noche tuve que caminar por el sendero solitario con ratones, aunque si pasas la acera en frente del hotel esta mas concurrido de puestos ambulantes (por en esta acera no hay masajes tienes que regresarte otra vez al frente, pero puedes irte por ahi para no sentirte tanto) caminar 10 minutos y encontraras uno caminando. Al final si quieres puedes tomar un grab y ya. Todo en da nang es cerca y puedes llegar muy muy rapido a mercado local y zona comercial.

(Otra cosa, hay una obra a lado, justo por donde vi algunos ratones, pero NO senti mucho ruido.
