Could be better!
Pros:

It wasn’t worth the money we paid. Didn’t feel like a 5 star property at all.

Cons:

In my room, the fan and ac was not working. The fridge was damaged. When we left leftover food in the room and went out, the plates were there till next day without being cleaned. Elevators take a really long time to come. It didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. Won’t recommend the hotel. However, when I escalated to the GM, she was kind enough to extend out checkout for our late night flight.

La propreté, le calme de la chambre, l’emplacement de l’hôtel en face de la rivière et au-dessus d’un centre commercial.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas bon et pas frais du tout. C’est vraiment la chaîne, trop de monde. Il y a pourtant plusieurs plats représentés mais ce n’était pas bon.
Les deux piscines ne suffisent pas pour le monde de l’hôtel. Service bagage dépassé au Check-out. Hôtel sympa mais pas du tout familial.

Pros:

Nothing at all

Cons:

Very dirty .. this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel (the price doesn’t not reflect at all)
(Cockroaches, egg shells on the carpet -not ours-, mold and dirt under bathroom items.
Breakfast was expansive & not worth it.
Construction next door was loud
Requested room service- they just mobbed the dirt in its place.

מיקום המלון, הצוות והחדרים גדולים והנוחים, בריכה נפלאה, סה"כ מלון מומלץ ללא התקלה שהיתה לנו סביר שהיינו מדרגים 10

קיבלנו תחילה שני חדרים בקומה 15.לחדר אחד היה ריח ממש לא נעים של עובש ובחדר השני ריח לא נעים, סדין קרוע ושערות על המיטה כאילו החדר לא עבר ניקוי. בקשנו שיחליפו והם העבירו אותנו לאותה רמת חדרים כמו שהזמנו בקומה 23 והחדרים היו נעימים ונקים, דבר ששיפר מאד את השהות במלון וחוות דעתינו על החדרים מסתמכת על חדרים 2305/ 2309 שהיו נקיים.
