My partner and I had a wonderful stay in Cappadocia. A special thank you goes to Umut, who took such great care of us throughout our visit. He welcomed us with a smile every day and truly made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The floor in the room felt quite dirty, so walking barefoot wasn’t very nice. The shower also had a lot of limescale, and the water pressure was just so-so because of it, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use.

Det var et utrolig stilig hotell med fantastisk utsikt fra balkongen. Det hadde også mange områder å sitte ute, så det var flott! Hjelpsom og dyktige personell som gjorde oppholdet ekstra bra! Må trekke ut Umut som skilte seg ut ekstra med sin serviceinnstilling! Hyggelig, blid og imøtekommende mann som gjorde alt for at vi skulle få et bra opphold!
Rommet var også utrolig flott. Vi bodde i en superior cave suite som var utrolig stort og gjennomført. Behagelige senger og kul vibe!

Cons:

Eneste minuset under oppholdet var at det føltes litt fuktig på rommet, og da spesielt på badet. Det var ingen ventilasjon der, så der må nok noe gjøres snart!

Schön gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage am Hang mit Überblick auf die umliegenden Täler. Teilweise in den Fels gebaute Zimmer, diese sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr schöne sonnige Terrassen, dort kann man auch Essen.
Das Frühstück ist sehr ausgiebig und schön angerichtet

Cons:

Das Personal ist etwas nachlässig was die pflege/ Instandhaltung des Areals betrifft. Die Gartenmöbel waren mit Planen überdeckt, es wurde der Schmutz nicht weggeputzt. Die sitzpolster waren teilweise dreckig.
Es hat in unser Zimmer herein geregnet, weswegen wir in ein anderes Zimmer ziehen mussten.
Obwohl wir Angaben dass unser Zimmer gereinigt werden soll, ist die nicht geschehen

Overall, everything was excellent. The only minor issue was the Wi-Fi connection in our room. As it was located on an underground level, the signal was quite weak and there was limited connectivity.

It was overall a great stay
Pros:

View from terrace was exceptional. Rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. Reception was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Not to be stingy with breakfast eggs and side dishes. Each guests should be served their own portion of eggs and 4 guests should not be served only 2 person portion of side dishes. Bread basket will be better if heated
