One of the most important things that made our time in Cappadocia unforgettable was the Dream of Cappadocia Hotel. From the very first moment, we were impressed by the warm welcome, professional service, and hospitality. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. The breakfast was wonderful, both in taste and variety.
Thanks to the hotel's atmosphere, the view, and the smiling faces of the staff, we felt special. We didn't just stay in a hotel; we were treated like we were at home. It will be our only choice when we return to Cappadocia. We thank the entire team for their hard work and attention. I definitely recommend it!
The breakfast was great, there were local products, we did not have a wifi problem, the pulling power was good on all floors, we were very pleased with the interest of the staff, I definitely recommend it, the view is beautiful..🙏😍
The room decoration was nice and the overall setup was fine. The view was a highlight and really added to the stay, along with a great location that made it easy to get around. Breakfast had a wide spread with plenty of choice, which was enjoyable.

Unfortunately, we ended up quite disappointed with how some issues were handled. The staff were friendly, but our concerns often didn’t feel like they were taken seriously.
The air conditioning was displaying an error and was not working properly. We reported this multiple times and were repeatedly told that a technician would come and look at it, but this never happened during our stay and the issue remained unresolved.
There was also a termite issue in our room. After reporting it at night, we were offered a downgraded room for one night. However, our original room was not treated until we raised the issue again later the following day. We then returned to our original room and stayed there for the rest of our trip, during which we continued to hear scratching noises coming from the wooden panels. While some action was eventually taken, the issue never felt fully resolved.
The room also lacked anywhere to hang towels, which made it feel less functional than expected. We also experienced inconsistent water temperature and water pressure in the shower throughout our stay.
Overall, while there were aspects of the hotel that we liked, we were disappointed by the way these issues were handled and by the lack of follow-through after multiple assurances that they would be resolved.

Breakfast was amazing but we felt a bit guilty not eating all of it (which would have been impossible!) because of the waste given it was all served to the table.
Приехали из Анкары автобусом. Добрались пешком до отеля. С учетом чемодана не очень удобно. Можно заказать такси через приложение BiTaksi. Но такси очень специфично. Первый раз приехал другой таксист нежели в приложение. Второй уехал не по назначению , долго переписывались в приложении и соответственно ждали минут на 20 дольше, чем хотели, затем он подъехал с включены с счетчиком и там сумма была уже приличная, об этом сообщила он меня выгнал из такси .
Сам отель находится прям около главной достопримечательности местности: крепость Учхисар. Сам номер хороший, но wi fi в Гомеле не ловил, о чем сообщила, мне просто разведи руками, поэтому съел я весть трафик с сотки , пришлось пере подключать.
Завтрак вкусный разнообразный, но нам на троих подали столько же ааа другим двоим или одному человеку. Пришлось попросить еще одну яичницу для супруга, сама ела другую еду. По этом сильно чувствуется национализм. Подходят в первую очередь к туркам, мы долго сидели и ждали пока к нам подойдут, хотя на завтрак первые пришли.
При этом сам отель очень красивый и колоритный, много красивых декораторских решений, и вид очень хороший.
Но мы приехали покататься на шарах, нам помогли в отеле связаться с организаторами, поэтому мы счастливы.😊
Не ловил wi fiв номере. Цены очень дорогие внутри отеля, присутствует национализм .
Das Hotel war super gelegen am Uchisar Castle, das Zimmer mit dem Whirlpool waren absolut perfekt und der Ausblick auf die Ballone waren atemberaubend!!

Hotel was like something out of a dream world. We had the king suite with the hot tub and you could watch the balloons whilst in the hot tub.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Good communication on WhatsApp before and during.
Recommend location in uchisar if main priority is watching balloons. It is much higher than goreme and you do not have to leave hotel to watch them.
Beds were very soft for my liking and was rolling into middle. Air con was not very powerful for size of room. These are very minor and would not put me off staying again.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay in Cappadocia. A special thank you goes to Umut, who took such great care of us throughout our visit. He welcomed us with a smile every day and truly made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!
The floor in the room felt quite dirty, so walking barefoot wasn’t very nice. The shower also had a lot of limescale, and the water pressure was just so-so because of it, which made it a bit uncomfortable to use.
