Disappointing
Pros:

The breakfast was great

Cons:

I booked for my boss because I've book with the hotel before 2 years ago and I was impressed at the time, now my boss found a total mess, old carpets and the room looked dirty. I'm so disappointed because I planned to get points with her.

Exceptional stay, I keep coming back to Stay Easy - Pretoria.
Pros:

The warm welcome I got from Ms Ngema at reception, it was just priceless - it was like reuniting with a long lost friend while she remained professional throughout but managed to make me feel like I was returning home.
Also I had a make up artist come over in the morning, she was getting lost and the guy who was at reception was so helpful and patient in assisting her find the place via call.
In the afternoon, we had bought some food and didn't want to eat in the bedrooms - the lady who was at reception allocated a private area and arranged plates and glasses for us to dine. I must say the stuff had been helpful and kind throughout our stay.

Cons:

Nothing really, other than perhaps - updating the floors eg. removing the caperts.

It was convenient. And the staff were nice and responsive. Breakfast ok.

Please fix the heater in room 117. But I was relocated to a perfect room after.

The location, appearance, breakfast and staff as well as their service was efficient and satisfactory. I would recommend your facilities in this regard. The security personell at the gate are equally pleasant and friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The air conditioner (heater) was not working and it was cold. I was with my child and grandmother, and we were cold the whole stay. On the 5th of June we had to go to the Dr. to treat the cold. Extra unplanned expense due to the cold room during a cold and rainy day. Staff was alerted and 2 ladies came and checked and 1 said they would call maintenance and we waited until checkout, nothing. Had we known, we would have brought our own heater. The studio couch had a hard wood pressing on the rib cage during sleep. I had to put a pillow between the wood and myself to sleep better.
