Consistently positive staff feedback — described as excellent, friendly and helpful by many guests; isolated negative comments about the attitude of one kitchen/dining staff member.
Location
8
Location is praised as peaceful, easy to find and suitably placed for relaxation, though some guests find it a bit isolated near a highway and note early-morning noise.

Rooms have comfortable beds and acceptable condition for many guests, but there are recurring issues: missing bar fridges, small/uncomfortable chairs, occasional cigarette smell and plug/socket incompatibilities.
