Lage super für einen Städtetrip.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Man ist fussläufig sehr schnell an der Galata Brücke, am Galata Turm, am Hafen zur öffentlichen Fähre und an der İstiklal Straße. Die Aussicht beim Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse ist unfassbar schön. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war in Ordnung. Lecker türkisches Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung war veraltet, leider wurde nicht vollständig sauber gemacht. Wir hatten die Fenster zum Flur des Hotels, also keine frische Luft. Hätten wir jedoch ein Zimmer zur Straße gehabt, hätte man die Fenster nicht öffnen können wegen dem Straßenlärm. Jedoch haben wir auch die günstigste Zimmer Kategorie gewählt.

Pros:

Fueron muy amables y respetuosos con el grupo.
Hasta wl desayuno nos empacaron para llevar en la madrugada que nos hibamos al aeropuerto.

Cons:

El menú del restaurante era muy limitado para huéspedes de vacaciones el menú era mas para locales.

اقامتي كانت غير مريحه بسبب الاخ علي واسلوبه المستفز الاخرون حاولو التماس العذر له لكن الانطباع الاول

المكان قريب جدا والمكان المحيط راقي .. لاانصح به لسوء معامله الموظف علي كان سيئ التعامل مع العرب خصوصا انه اعطاني غرفه سيئه وحاولت معه باالحجز الذي حجزته طلب مبلغ حول ٢٠٠ يورو للاستبدل كان سي ولا يتقن الدبلوماسيه بالتعامل .. الاخت عائشه عاليه بالاخلاق وحاولو ترقيه الاقامه ولكن لم يروق لي الاستقبال الاخ سليمان حاول ايجاد حل وكان عالي الاخلاق وفاتح حامل الحقالب والمطعم على احترافيه عاليه .. حين تتعامل مع الضيوف لابد ان يكون لديك احترافيه مهنيه شخصيا لا اسكن مره اخرى به لسبب سوء تعامل موظف اثر على تقيمي لسكن

الغرفه نظيفه مره واطلالتها كانت حلوه
عجبني كيف قريب من غلاطه بورت وقدام الممشى بالضبط وقريب كمان من برج غلاطه
الوصول له سهل جدا

مكان الفطور حلو لكن ماكان متنوع ومافيه خيارات فطرت يوم واحد بس

اعتقد الاثاث يحتاج شوية اهتمام
والفطور يكون متنوع اكثر لان المكان حلو
