Beds full of Ants! Not clean at all.

Staff were professional and friendly

Cons:

Our room didn't look like the room we had booked online. Either our room was incorrect or the photos are misleading. We were advised that Our rooms hot water system was not working so we had to wait close to a hour for it to be repaired. We checked in late and then noticed a hive of Ants crawling throughout the beds in both rooms we had booked. Both rooms had ant infestation. When we raised it, the staff came up with insect spray and ant bait. This made me feel that they are aware of the issue. The room also had mold and didn't look clean. The walls were dirty and had a smell. We had to urgently locate a new hotel which ended up costing 50 percent more however was sensational and super clean and modern.

Aftwr staying 1 hour in the room and figuring out where else to stay, they charged us for 1 night stay! This hotel only

They offered discount after we found ants crawling everywhere in the rooms

Cons:

Ants and other bugs crawling in the rooms, tap broken, ceiling keaking, walls cracked and mouldy, floors dirty, nothing as in the pictures , the bathrooms on the pictures dont even exist in that hotel

الغرف نظيفه والحمام كذلك توجد خدمة التنظيف اليومي قريب من البحيره ولكن الجو حراره ورطب تم تمديد وقت الخروج من الفندق

Cons:

الفندق قديم يقع في حي قديم مزدحم. واجهة الفندق كانه محل وليس فندق. الغرف ضيقه وكذلك الحمام يوجد بالفندق طابق 8 تصعد للطابق السابع بالمصعد اولا ثم بالدرج الى الثامن والفطور بسيط

Después de una muy mala experiencia en otro hotel, llegamos aquí a última hora de la noche y no pudieron atendernos mejor. Nos permitieron hacer el check-in y la atención del personal fue excelente desde el primer momento.

Como llegamos tan tarde, la única habitación que les quedaba disponible era una suite, que era fantástica: muy amplia, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario.

El trato de todo el personal fue impecable durante toda la estancia, siempre amables con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar. Además, el desayuno estaba muy rico y con bastante variedad.

Sin duda, un hotel totalmente recomendable.
