Buona struttura nel di hanoi
La gentillesse et l accueil du personnel. Tout le monde est au petit soin, même si on sent un léger manque d expérience pour la plupart du personnel. A notre arrivée, Une des Clim de notre chambre communicante ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons été changé de chambre assez rapidement, avec les excuses, appréciées, de l hôtel. L emplacement est excellent pour ceux qui veulent faire du shopping au pied de l hôtel ou aller marcher autour du lac.
Alors je suis désolé pour le commentaire qui va suivre parce que cet hôtel est un bel endroit qui mérite de s y arrêter. Je ne partage pas les commentaires rageux de certains mais…si le manager de cet hôtel me lit: Il faut améliorer le petit déjeuner, c est dommage de gâcher le séjour à cause d un manque de couvert et un service qui mérite d être renforcé (2 personnes pour gérer toute une salle, c est light). Pour finir, dans notre chambre, il y a une fenêtre sans rideau qui donne directement sur un spot extérieur allumé 24h/24h. Il a fallu être un peu ingénieux pour cacher la lumière. Si je peux me permettre un avis, dormir avec cette lumière est impossible, faites rajouter un rideau ou demander à votre voisin de couper son spot.

Accommodation is really well situated! Comfortable family room. We arranged transportation on before hand via Paula who was an amazing help! Breakfast really nice with continental and Vietnamese options. Hygienic standard perfect!
