City Grand Ella – Very Disappointing Experience
Unfortunately, our experience at City Grand Ella was extremely disappointing.
The only positive thing about this hotel is its location. The location is excellent and, honestly, one of the best locations we experienced in Ella. It is very convenient and close to everything.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue throughout our stay. The bedding, including the sheets and bed covers, did not feel clean at all. Everything gave us a strong feeling of being unclean, to the point that we felt uncomfortable sleeping on the bed.
The breakfast was extremely disappointing as well. It did not feel clean or hygienic, which completely ruined our appetite. Even the bananas, although they were covered, had insects crawling over them, which was extremely unpleasant to see and made us uncomfortable eating the rest of the breakfast.
Overall, the breakfast quality and hygiene were far below what we expected, and the cleanliness of the room was also a serious concern.
The location is genuinely excellent, but apart from the location, unfortunately, we did not have a positive experience at this hotel. I really hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its cleanliness standards, because the location is excellent and the hotel could be much better with proper attention to hygiene and guest comfort.

Personel bardzo pomocny. Pomogli wnieść walizki na 2 piętro. Elastyczni co do godzin zameldowania i wymeldowania. Śniadanie przygotowali na wynos bo wcześnie rano opuszczałem hotel. Było bardzo smaczne. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

Cons:

Słabe ciśnie wody pod prysznicem. Do naprawy są wiatraki sufitowe.

Pros:

Είναι 5 μέτρα απ' το κέντρο. Καλό δωμάτιο αλλά μικρό πολύ χωρίς μόνωση ακούς τα πάντα απ' έξω. Αλλά είσαι ακριβός στο κέντρο. Αν δε ζητάς πολλά και θες να είσαι κεντρικά τότε είναι τέλειο.

I had a wonderful stay at City Grand Hotel Ella. Everything was great from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant.

The staff were friendly welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The service was excellent, and I truly appreciated their hospitality and attention to detail.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. La cama grande, aunque el colchón es bastante duro, se descansa bien.

Cons:

El baño horroroso: sucio, goteras en la manguera del lavabo, charco de agua constante, el retrete daba asco.
Reservamos una habitación con balcón y nos dieron una que no tenía, solicitamos el cambio de habitación y nos dieron una cuyas vistas eran vergonzosas. Subo foto de todo.
El desayuno frìo, poco apetecible y repetitivo. Nada variado.
Nos dieron una habitación en otro edificio que no se correspondìa con las fotos de booking.com.
¡No repetirìa!
