We were late as our driver/transfer didn’t pick us up at the airport and my husband called the Hotel from the UK to explain and they were very kind and reassuring everything was OK. The rooms were big, beds a tad hard. Shower AMAZING! Breakfast was tasty with fresh yogurts and patties brought out. Spot on for our transfer to the train station the next day. Staff were all so kind and lovely to talk to. Thank you for our stay.
Beds were a tad firm, but that’s personal preference.
Staff was nice and professional. Hotel is in a nice place close to both underground and city center.
Hard to say that the breakfast we received is anything admissible in a 4-star hotel. Bed was very noisy and not very comfortable. Shower handset was broken. One curtain had a hole in the middle.
