Soggiorno gradevole e accoglienza eccellente
Pros:

La cordialità e disponibilità di tutto lo staff sono state eccezionali! La camera era ben pulita e il personale addetto alle pulizie è stato molto attento e rispettoso delle mie esigenze di orario. La colazione aveva un'ottima varietà di scelta e qualità. Anche la posizione è ottima e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dal lungomare.

Cons:

Nonostante mi sia trovato molto bene e non ci sia nulla che non mi sia davvero piaciuto, avendo soggiornato in un periodo particolarmente caldo, una leggera difficoltà l'ho riscontrata nel non poter regolare la temperatura dell'aria condizionata. Tenendola accesa la stanza si raffreddava un po' troppo, ma spegnendola il caldo in quei giorni era intollerabile. Il WiFi invece era un po' altalenante, soprattutto negli orari in cui era presente la maggior parte degli ospiti. Nessuna delle due cose però è stata tale da rendere meno gradevole il soggiorno! Confido inoltre che i lavori di ristrutturazione in corso miglioreranno ulteriormente la qualità già buona della struttura, che terrò sicuramente in conto per eventuali soggiorni futuri a Rimini.

Colazione molto buona e varia.
La camera è pulita e letto comodo.
Staff molto disponibile e gentile
I cuscini erano molto comodi

Cons:

Gli specchi erano piccoli e mancava quello a figura intera, quello del bagno aveva una serigrafia che rendeva difficile l'uso.
Bagno molto stretto.
Domenica notte, le chiavi erano lasciate sul bancone incustodite dal guardiano di turno

Struttura comoda e ben situata, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Rimini e da tutti i punti di interesse (nel mio caso ovviamente). Appena entrate il personale, super disponibile, ci ha offerto da bere ed era offerto anche un aperitivo che partiva dalle ore 18.
Stanza piccola, ma pulita.
Colazione super abbondante, ricca di tutto, dal salato al dolce.
In sostanza tutto perfetto, consiglio!

Assolutamente da ritornare. Gentilissimi!
Pros:

Gentilezza e disponibilità della reception e barwoman. Appena arrivato accaldato mi hanno offerto una bottiglia di acqua fresca e dopo un prosecco, davvero gentili. La colazione con inizio alle 7.30 per motivi di lavoro mi è stata anticipata di 20 minuti e tutti i giorni. Set cortesia bagno, AC e TV in camera con ampio balcone. Bagno piccolo ma tutto sommato complessivamente sono stato bene. Parcheggio in zona si trova ma hanno alcuni posti a pagamento.

Cons:

Tutto Super e fa un 3 stelle non me lo aspettavo. Il prossimo anno con certezza ritornerò.

Posizione comodissima, specie se si utilizza il treno, per la vicinanza a stazione e mare. Soddisfacente la varietà proposta per la colazione

Cons:

Doterei le camere di un frigobar e un asciugacapelli: considerato che trattasi di una località di villeggiatura marittima, quindi molto usata d'estate, penso sarebbero servizi molto apprezzati e proponibili con un costo accettabile.

Hervorragendes Frühstück (Süßes, Würstel, Eier, Joghurt, Käse, Wurst, reifes, frisches Obst, sehr guter Kaffee). Bemühte, fleißige, freundliche Mitarbeiter (Rezeption, Reinigungskraft, FrühstückskellnerInnen).
Sauber, gemütliches Zimmer (wir hatten ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht, hätten aber lieber ein Doppelbett gehabt, obwohl Samstag Abend und viel los war, haben sie uns sofort das Doppelbett hergerichtet).
Gute Lage, nicht weit zum Strand
Öffentliche Parkplätze vorhanden, alles aber ein bisschen eng und voll, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts und wir wussten das auch schon im voraus
