The staff here are so nice and meets every aspects of my needs. I would definitely come back in the future. Hotel design is great, love the bamboo trees in the lobby, feel like nature

Best hotel in Wangjing Area
Pros:

Stayed more than 10 times per year at Wangjing Hyatt Regency, always a nice place to spend a weekend.

Location is convenient, communication is smooth. With their professional Regency Club team, nicely designed rooms and various kinds of food for choices, it is worth revisiting. In fact, I personally believe it is the best hotel among Wangjing area. And although pretty busy, the hotel staff can handle all kinds of situations efficiently.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for hotels in this area.

El hotel en general muy bien. La ubicación es muy muy buena y el hotel es muy lindo (tanto los espacios comunes como las habitaciones)

Cons:

El personal tiene un nivel de inglés muy pobre y muchas de las cosas calientes del desayuno estaban frías

Ideal choice for a long stay.
Pros:

Our home away from home did not disappoint. Location is convenient as more ride hails are familiar with the hotel. Value for money with their long stay rates. Spacious and clean rooms. Frontline staff are friendly and helpful.
