Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit vielen liebevollen Details
Pros:

Wir haben 2 Nächte im Hotel verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check In war unkompliziert und ist flexibel gestaltet. Man bekommt genaue Anweisungen per WhatsApp, da kann nichts schief gehen. Die Betreiber des Hotels sind sehr nett und präsent, also wirklich sehr sehr nett. Man merkt, dass sich Marnix und Svetlana Gedanken machen und viel Liebe ins Hotel stecken. Die Einrichtung des Frühstücksraums ist sehr schön, die Zimmer schön sauber. Auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Joghurt, Eier, Speck, frisches Obst, Marmelade, Müsli... alles ist da. Getränke stehen Tag und Nacht zur Verfügung und werden am Ende des Aufenthalts abgerechnet. Bei schönem Wetter kann man seine Getränke auf einer hübschen Terrasse einnehmen. Geographisch liegt Inzell gut für Ausflüge, Wanderungen usw. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Leider gab es im Außenbereich während unseres Aufenthalts eine kleine Baustelle, weshalb wir die Terrasse nicht richtig nutzen konnten.

A potentially wonderful experience spoiled by the lack of a human presence.
Pros:

Great Breakfast!! A/C in rooms with great views of the mountains. Great location right in the centre of Inzell.

Cons:

We spent 1 night at the Hotel. All information about the stay, from key location to Parking space was explained via WhatsApp and multiple videos which, while different, is inconvenient, tedious and confusing. The fact that the videos were in German only didn't help, especially when I booked in English. This combined with no Room numbers on the doors is just odd and adds to the confusion.
There is no reception or employees on-site to talk to (although the owner did come immediately when i phoned him) except at Breakfast. This is not explained until after the booking process on Booking.com.
For close to EUR200/night, I expected more and at least an employee on-site to answer queries/assist with requests.

Celý koncept hotelu je velmi osobní, cítíte se zde velice dobře a všudy přítomné prvky, které zdomác
Pros:

Snídaně byla vynikající, prostředí okouzlující a personál milý, úslužný a nápomocný. Byli jsem v Hotelu 3 noci a okamžitě nám z vlastní iniciativy zabookovali stůl, protože chtěli, abychom seděli pohromadě. Pokoje jsou velké a pohodlné, dle vlastní vůle si vyberete polštář, když Vám předem připravený nevyhovuje. Zdravotní matrace poskytují skvělý relax a v pokoje jsou osobitě doplněny předměty, které navozují atmosféru. Nepočítejte s uniformitou.

Die Betreuung der Gäste ist ausgezeichnet und sehr zuvorkommend. Hervorragendes Frühstück mit ausschließlich frischen Zutaten. Die Apartment sind außergewöhnlich schön gestaltet und bieten einen unvergleichlichen Komfort.
