Very negative experience: Despite letting the hotel know when we'd be arriving we waited 10 minutes for someone to come and open the door in the sun, literally ringing the bell repeatedly and banging on the door with 3 small children in 30 degree sun - reception is quoted to operate from 7am to midnight. The man who opened waved us in and walked off, not helping us with our 3 small children and five suitcases in the narrow door. Whe I said we were waiting he said, "Ok. I was upstairs"
He was unapologetic and rude. Although we paid the city tax upfront, when we left it turned out he hadn't registered it and the man at reception asked us to pay again. Even when I showed my digital receipt he made a face and said "maybe you paid. Ok".
Rooms are cheap and tacky. Fixtures are broken and bathrooms smell. Beds are old spring mattresses with a topper. Furniture feels like a student's bedroom.
There is a floor level smoking balcony outside the rooms so when anyone smokes they can just look in - literally outside the window directly into our daughter's room which is just crazy. Smoking stinks up the whole floor.
The lift is big enough for two people barely, and level 0 is up half a flight of stairs so you still need to carry suitcases (no one offered to help).
The breakfast was ok but didn't look clena. There was a large centipede on the breakfast buffet table.
On the second day staff were better, but the general experience was bad.

Ubicación inmejorable, desayuno muy variado y abundante, personal super amable, atento y agradable. Tiene servicio de guardaequipajes gratis . Habitación cómoda y grande. Repetiría otra vez sin dudarlo.
