Çalışanların hepsi ayrı ayrı çok nazik çok güleryüzlü çok ilgili ve çok yardımseverdi.
Odasaki çeşmede arıtma cihazı olması büyük lükstü.(başka hiç bir otelde görmedik.) Buna rağmen içmek için ayrıca şişe su veriliyordu.
Restoranını da beğendik.
Odalar çok temizdi. Perdeleribile temizdi.

Pros:

Comfortable staying in such cozy clean room. Hotel provides good breakfast selection, and free yoga class (the instructor is very experienced). Room comes with basic facilities ie water filter so the water is clean, air con that’s cooling, and comfortable warm shower. Strategic location as I could walk to yoga barn and nearby eateries.

Cons:

Bathroom very smelly with sewage smell. As for the staff, I was checking the transport and lunch place while waiting for checkout, instead of offering help, she ask me to review the hotel, which I told her I’ll do so to review in booking.com, then she requested for a good review on her name (when she didn’t service me throughout my stay, and during checkout time couldn’t even help to recommend restaurants but keep annoyed me to give her good review)

The staff was incredible.
Pros:

The staff is great. The location is very convenient. Lot of good eateries and coffee shops around. The property is small but very beautiful.

Location was great, staffs were incredible, service, room, facilities was more than what we expected. Would highly recommend this place to everyone!

The cafe/restaurant is amazing too! Underrated and should be known to many because their food and service were amazing!

Cons:

A bit of ants , maybe cause of our open food packets. Hehe

Hotel con perfecta ubicación para visitar Ubud y alrededores.
Pros:

El alojamiento tiene muy buena ubicación para visitar Ubud y alrededores.
El personal de 10, tanto los del hotel como los del restaurante contiguo, en el cual teniamos el desayunos. Todos amabílisimos, con una sonrisa permanente y dispuestos a ayudar o a soluvionar cualquier problema.
Los amenities muy bien, nos dejaron una tote bag de tela, un paquete de galletitas y todos los dias reponían las 2 botellas de agua.

Nice, quiet property located in Ubud. Staff were very kind, room was clean and spacious, and the pool was nice to have after a long day out

Cons:

Puts and takes on the location. Pros - easy to book a Grab (given the taxi mafia in the true Ubud downtown around the Palace), quiet, and walkable to two different more populated areas (Ubud Palace and Monkey Forest). Cons - when it’s really hot, I wished we just lived in the busy areas; given we booked private drivers, the Grab was less of a factor for us
