El alojamiento tiene muy buena ubicación para visitar Ubud y alrededores.
El personal de 10, tanto los del hotel como los del restaurante contiguo, en el cual teniamos el desayunos. Todos amabílisimos, con una sonrisa permanente y dispuestos a ayudar o a soluvionar cualquier problema.
Los amenities muy bien, nos dejaron una tote bag de tela, un paquete de galletitas y todos los dias reponían las 2 botellas de agua.

Puts and takes on the location. Pros - easy to book a Grab (given the taxi mafia in the true Ubud downtown around the Palace), quiet, and walkable to two different more populated areas (Ubud Palace and Monkey Forest). Cons - when it’s really hot, I wished we just lived in the busy areas; given we booked private drivers, the Grab was less of a factor for us

This hotel is a gem - a peaceful refuge in busy Ubud. ARTOTEL is a quick walk to restaurants and shops but not on the main road so getting back to your room feels tranquil and relaxed.
The hotel staff was so easy to communicate with before my arrival. I arranged an airport pick up and Bagus let me know he was waiting for me and expertly drove me to Ubud.
I loved the pool and the restaurant next door, Flock, had wonderful food, coffee and Wi-Fi.
I am so grateful that I chose ARTOTEL. I would recommend it to anyone spending time in Ubud. You will be taken care of by the exceptional staff and find your home away from home. Thank you to everyone at ARTOTEL!

Really lovely stay. The cleanliness was excellent - my room was refreshed every day and always felt spotless, thanks to Lea. I had a small room with an outdoor area, which I really enjoyed. The staff were very kind and helpful. It’s also great to see their sustainability efforts, with recycling and thoughtful towel use. There’s a nice restaurant with good coffee, good internet, plus a spa and a yoga space with classes a couple of mornings a week. Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming place.
