Garden amazing. But pool not very clean. Lots of broken tiles around in tje garden, but my kids did cut themselves (nothing serious but still....)
Location was great. Quiet and nice. Cold and hot water available 24/7.

Cons:

Could be cleaner, especially the pool. People working in reception never greeted us coming or going. Just sat on their phones everytime we passed.....

La habitación es amplia, dos camas grandes, con nevera, que es de agradecer, y el desayuno está bastante bien. Iván el recepcionista, muy simpático y muy amable.

Close to bus station for easy access to Iguazu Fails and launderette across the road.

Cons:

Terrible room allocated to us. Excessive external noise throughout the night and especially from 6am when the dining room opened. We moved next door to a cheaper apartment with great pool

Close to everywhere. Front desk just ok.

It its across the street to the bus terminal. I got there the bus to go to The Iguazu waterfall, i walked everywhere, stores, restaurants and money changers. Including breakfast,
