Horrible hotel
Pros:

Just the breakfast

Cons:

Front desk was clueless how to provide receipt upon payment and the boy who dealt with us just snickered, extremely hot shower & front desk didn't help even after 2 complaints, mold on wall behind bed, sheets easily come off beds during sleep, front desk overcharged our stay, heavy blankets stinky, noisy air conditioner, safe doesn't have power, dirty bathroom and dirty towels.

Jamás se queden en este hotel

Esta super cerca del terminal y la calle brasil

Cons:

Es terrible el baño de la habitación. Nada que ver con las fotos. Con 5 minutos en la ducha se sale el agua y queda todo el baño lleno de agua. Nos cambiaron de habitación y fue lo mismo. Los baños con una cortina y en la foto sale de vidrio. Además el desagüe malisimo. Había que abrir la llave del agua 10 minutos antes para que saliera el agua caliente. La comida era la misma. Colocaban huevos cuando ellos querían. Le pedías los huevos y decían si ya lo traemos y pasamos hasta 30 minutos esperando y jamas lo coloban. Una vez. Si tuvimos suerte y nos tocó literalmente una porción como de una cucharada. Por dios que horrible. La misma personas de otras mesas comentaban mismo. La comida, el agua de la ducha y lo terrible que eran los baños de la habitaciones. Jamás me quedaría allí. No lo recomiendo.

Hôtel très bien situé mais mal isolé. Personnel sympa.
Pros:

La proximité du centre ville, le petit déjeuner et l’extrême gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

L’isolation de la fenêtre : il y a eut énormément de bruit depuis la rue pendant presque toute une nuit et nous n’avons pas pu dormir.
Le manque de chauffage dans les parties communes : il fait très très froid dans la salle du petit déjeuner.
Problème pour régler la température de l’eau.

Calidad y amabilidad de los empleados
Pros:

Fui y el clima estaba bien fresco, pero nunca pasamos frío, las habitaciones e instalaciones muy bien calefaccionadas, el agua de la ducha bien caliente, un placer.. los empleados muy muy amables y atentos.. muchas gracias por recibirnos, sin dudas volveremos! Excelente ubicación
