Excellent, would consider again!
Pros:

Nice and clean, loved the fact that they had a lift I could use with having some joint issues on stairs
Staff were very friendly. The location was perfect for us and close to the lift to go to lower town.
Provided some baked items, sandwiches, coffee, and drinks in the lobby area
Beds were comfy and room was very quiet.
We would definitely consider staying here again!

Cons:

I honestly cannot think of anything that we disliked.

Excelente ubicación cerca caminando a atracciones principales y calle de restaurantes y comercio. Habitación limpia, moderna y bien mantenida. Sin duda volvería .

I will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Very cool room and furnishings. Nice classic feel. Beds great. Just needed help identifying the coffee pods. Location fantastic.

Cons:

Was surprised the front yard wasn’t better maintained. Lawn needed cut and trim. Some garbage laying around.

Perfecto en cuanto a posición. Un poco limitado si se busca comodidad.
Pros:

La posición sin duda, a dos pasos del centro histórico de la ciudad de Quebec. Las instalaciones internas están renovadas y están limpias.

Cons:

Primero, falta ascensor para bajar, y viajando con un bebé todo se hace más complicado. La entrada también tiene varias escaleras y múltiples puertas para acceder, un poco estrechas y ninguna automática, con lo cual con un carrito la entrada es dificultosa. Los estudios con cocina son un poco pequeños.

Bel emplacement au vieux Québec
Pros:

Super emplacement, loin de tout parking mais c'est normal pour le vieux Quebec. Les chambres sont belles et propres.

Cons:

L'arrivée portait à confusion, nous avons attendu un bout devant une porte barrée jusqu'à ce que nous voyons la réception dans la pièce d'à côté. Les filles présentes nous ont clairement vu mais n'ont pas pris la peine de venir nous voir.. Aussi, les chambres sont bruyantes puisque c'est sur une rue passante et que les fenêtres sont d'une autre époque. On entend le brouhaha jusque tard dans la soirée.

Pros:

Goede keuze, downtown en erg netjes.
Pros:

Ruim appartement met keukentje, zeer centraal gelegen.

Cons:

De weg voor de deur is erg druk 's avonds (met auto's).
De airco was vrij luid en kon de koeling van het appartement net aan.
Een paar tips:
- maak de wasmachine af en toe schoon
- misschien een wasmand beschikbaar stellen?
- als de gangen en het trappenhuis koeler zijn, of gelucht, dan hoeven de airco's in de kamers niet zo hard te werken
- dit is geen self-checkinhotel, er is gewoon een receptionist aanwezig, in tegenstelling tot de verstrekte informatie.

Relaxing vacation
Pros:

Great location and the staff texted everyday to make sure we were ok. Anytime I had a question they answered right away and ordered my taxi to the airport for me.
