Enjoyed very much staying at Maison Kent.
Pros:

Great location for closeness to Old Quebec City attractions.

Cons:

The shower controls were a bit confusing. The sofa bed was squeaky when occupant rolled over.
We had a neighbor above us for nights 3 and 4 who thumped/paced back and forth across the floor, scraped and banged furniture at all hours.

Bright, open, lovely hotel room
Pros:

Extremely conveniently located. Oddly (in the good way) quiet part of a major street near the Frontenac Hotel. Really, really comfortable King-sized bed. Large room.

Cons:

The heater would sometimes work, then trying to turn it on later, no amount of changing the modes would get it to run again. It wasn't a big issue. 3rd floor was wonderful and quiet. It was, until a family with kids who stomped around loudly until nearly midnight and then stomped around in the early morning arrived.
All the following has nothing to do with the hotel, but we arrived in mid-May, before when all the attractions of summer are open. Conversely, we didn't have to fight large crowds--it was quite dead on Sunday when we arrived, as were Monday and Tuesday, but starting Wednesday there started to be lines forming at attractions and restaurants. I preferred it being quieter, even if not everything was open.

Pros:

The only thing I liked about this hotel was its location.

Cons:

Worst of all, the hotel has absolutely no accessibility for bringing in a stroller, luggage, or anything similar — there are no proper ramps at all. The elevator is also barely usable.

There’s no kettle in the rooms, the coffee machine doesn’t work properly, and the TVs only have basic channels with no smart access or modern features. Everything feels extremely outdated.

The carpets and rugs in the rooms were also very dirty, and it honestly feels like no real improvements or renovations have been made to the hotel in a very long time.

The location has great potential and the hotel could be so much better because of it, but unfortunately it did not meet expectations at all. I genuinely regret booking this hotel.

Other than the location, I honestly cannot say there was anything else I liked about it.

Great stay, excellent Location
Pros:

Everything was almost perfect. Great location, friendly checkin staff, room comfortable and as described & the paid parking was directly opposite in the side street.

Cons:

The room was described as having air-conditioning, although this was deliberately not turned for the building. Staff were apologetic and stated it was a management decision.

Excellent location and great room. Go to the parking at 2 Rue des Jardins for around $20 USD for 24 hrs and enjoy!
Pros:

Modern, incredible location in old Quebec. Across the street from a great restaurant, Le Continental.

Cons:

No elevator going to the lower floor and no parking. .

Cozy and perfect locale to all the sites.
Pros:

I loved being able to be inside a historical building. The room was spacious with a lovely kitchenette and refrigerator. We even loved the elevator (goes from ground floor to the 3rd floor only) and its quirk where you had to hold down the button until you got to your floor.
We loved the proximity to the Chateau Frontenac and Rue de Champlain.
Everything was within walking distance and the tour busses were 7 min walk away.

Cons:

There was nothing. We loved our stay.
