Tilam keras dan kurang selesa. Bahagian tepi katil tidak diperiksa sehinggakan ada bahagian mata stappler terpakacak. Kaki anak saya luka besar dan berdarah kena bahagian tajam katil. Peti sejuk turun terpadam apabila kami tinggalkan unit untuk seketika menyebabkan makanan yg diletakkan dlm peti sejuk tidak sejuk.
