Warm welcome from the receptionist made my day (⁠•⁠‿⁠•⁠)
Pros:

The girl that checked me in was super friendly. She showed me all of the places to visit, even recommended some of her favourite restaurants. She's works there part time tho so your mileage may vary.
The bathroom has shampoo, body wash and toothbrushes (with toothpaste). The lockers come with a lock.

Cons:

They no longer provide bicycles.

Ngay trung tâm nên rất thuận tiện. Nhân viên thân thiện. Phòng ổn, có cửa sổ nên thoáng. Có cả bữa sáng nhưng giá lại cực kỳ ổn áp.

Pros:

Everything was great! The bed and blankets were comfortable. The staff, Huong and Quyen, were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to explore in Hue. There is also a nice common area where guests can hang out. Thank you for everything!

Khách sạn kh có thang máy, nhân viên kh nhiệt tình cho lắm, kh đc refill nước, chăn ga giặt chưa sạch, tv tầng 3 kh dùng đc, muốn ở thêm từ 12g-15g phải trả thêm hơn 450k (mặc dù tiền phòng 3 ngày 2 đêm là 963k)
