Большой и удобный номер, всё чисто и аккуратно, включая туалет и душ. Доброжелательный персонал, помогли организовать трансфер из аэропорта, один человек говорил на русском языке.

Cons:

Не могу сказать, что завтрак не понравился, просто я пришла в числе последних, и на шведском столе была только половина всех блюд, никто не торопился обновлять и подкладывать. Но это общая проблема Монголии — не следят за шведским столом на завтраке, можно долго ждать, когда что-то принесут.

Также было бы удобно, если бы в отеле принимали евро, а не только доллары.

Good value hotel near centre of town

Cons:

아침식사의 반찬이 몽골식이라 야채종류가 오이밖에 없어서 많이 아쉬웠어요.
음식이 떨어지면 바로 채워줘야 하는데 시간이 걸려요.
컵라면에 물을 부으려면 주방까지 가야해요.
김치등이 구비 되어 있으면 좋겠어요.
몽골식이면 고기라도 있으야 하는데 만들기 쉬운 스파케티, 쏘세지 이런거 밖에 없어요.
닭, 돼지,등의 고기도 구비 되어 있으면 좋겠습니다.
스프종류가 없어요.
빵은 마르고 딱딱합니다....
제가 못 찾았는데 히터라도 있어야 구워먹을 텐데 그것도 안보이더라고요.

Pros:

Расположение. Пешком ходили в центр и обратно. Недалеко 5 минут прекрасный супермаркет и овощной базарчик

Cons:

К сожалению завтрак очень скромный и холодный(горячие макароны и рис были очень холодные). и когда заехало большое количество туристов, нам даже не хватило стаканов и еды.

The room was spacious and the hotel was clean.

Cons:

The hotel was renovating one of the rooms, which caused noise disturbances late at night until around 1–2 AM. The following day, however, the hotel kindly changed our room, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the minibar was not checked properly, and at check-out we were charged extra by mistake. After clarifying what we had actually consumed, we paid the correct amount, and the staff apologized, which we understood and accepted. Still, I believe the reception staff should be more attentive in greeting guests, rather than being focused on their phone.

My fave hotel in UB
Pros:

My fave hotel in UB to unwind after long tour trips and long bus rides. Clean, comfortable bed. Receptionist Baysan is efficient. Price is ok comparing to 5 star hotel or a guest house range. Location is a bit of walk to center, meaning Sukbatar square area, but ok for walking to Narantuul market. Breakfast is good enough with eggs, yougurt, cucumbers, tea, juice, cakes…

Cons:

Minus a bit noise from the street, but that is UB traffic jam and overcrowd. No complimentary water drink bottles. Only serve breakfast, lunch, no dinner.
